Our car broke down on a trip back to KC from Pittsburg and we had no idea how we were going to get it fixed with it being in the middle of nowhere and in the evening. Luckily, there was an incredible man named Jay working at Briggs who took my husband’s phone call late and allowed us to drop off the car and then had it fixed the next day. Jay went above and beyond to take care of us, especially given the late drop off and quick turn around with us being from out of town and then us having to leave it at the shop at an extra day while we figured out transportation back to get it. The car was an added stress on top of an already upsetting week and Jay was the most incredible human being about how he navigated my panic. He was kind, compassionate, and professional. When you take your car to Briggs, you are supporting someone who genuinely cares about people. I never expected to be writing a review for an automotive shop where I felt like family by the end of the experience. I 100% recommend trusting Jay with your vehicle. He’ll shoot straight with compassion.

Fantastic work by the team at Briggs. My Jeep broke down on the way back to Kansas City from a work trip in southeast Kansas. I called the service department less than 30 minutes before they closed and explained the situation. Jay told me that I could bring it in and he would take a look at it first thing in the morning. He was able to get it squared away the next day and communicated all throughout the process. When I told him that I couldn’t get transportation to pick up my vehicle until a couple days later he assured me that that was not a problem at all.
