We have a 2021 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid that we purchased from Briggs Fort Scott a year ago The Rav 4 Hybrid was the first vehicle we purchased from Briggs. We called Monday to schedule our 20,000 mile ToyotaCare service. The service manager scheduled us for the following day at 2:00pm. I arrived about 10 minutes early for the appointment and was greeted at the door by a salesman who asked if he could be of assistance. I told him I was in for scheduled service and he showed me where the service desk was. The service manager asked if he could be of assistance. I told him my name and that I was there for the 20,000 mile ToyotaCare service. He asked if I would be leaving the car or waiting. I told him I would be waiting and he said he would come and let me know when the car was done. I was very pleased when the service manager came and notified me, after about 20 minutes, the car was ready. When I picked up the paperwork and key fob the person assisting me with the paperwork, she reminded me about the next ToyotaCare service that comes with the car, which is 25,000 miles. Each time I have taken the car to Briggs Toyota, Fort Scott, I have received the same type of professional service. It is this type of service and professionalism that will encourage me to purchase my next vehicle from Briggs Fort Scott, even though we do not live in Fort Scott, but in another community approximately...
Read moreWow what a stressful experience. Bought a vehicle that had not been through service department with the agreement that everything would be checked over prior to me getting it. Fast forward over a week later and being told it would be ready the next day everyday when we called, we finally got to bring home our vehicle. That night while driving it home the brake caliber came off and locked up the front tire. The next morning check engine light comes on so I bring it back where they agree to make the customer happy and fix the problem. Four weeks later after multiple calls and being told we would get a call back which never happened we went to the dealership where we were told we had 2 choices 1. Back out of the sale and get a refund or 2. Put credit towards another vehicle as expenses to repair was going to be too much. Needless to say we took the refund and are taking our business elsewhere. Never again will I do business again. Read moreI have been working with Briggs of Fort Scott for a few months now trying to find the vehicle that marks all the right boxes. Candie was extremely patient with me as I impatiently waited for the right one to come up on allocation. Finally one came up that met all my must haves. There was a small hiccup in communication but that was quickly resolved and my expectations were more than exceeded when it came time to pick up my new vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with Frank and Brad in addition to Candie and the whole team made the normally mundane process of filling out paperwork a surprisingly enjoyable time filled with good conversation.
