Avoid this company. I should have known something was up when I learned that they will give you free goods in exchange for a positive review. Same thing that happened to Amazon's review system making it untrustworthy until they cracked down. They tried to solicit me as a distributor for two years until I finally gave them a chance. My first order in dealt with slow responding reps, quotes that were ridiculously high because they hid fees in them, delays in the order, problems with their accounting department, and being ghosted. When my first order arrived wrong because they didn't follow the purchase order or emails confirming the production needed, their supervisor's proceeded to blame me and wanted to charge me for the redo. Not a single apology out of them at any step of the way. They talked down to me and tried mansplaining their way out of responsibility for their mistake. I held my ground and got them to redo it. They were still sending me estimates with hidden fees in them where somehow 2300 badges cost less per unit than 5000 of the same badges. It took 10 people involved in my original order to mess it...
