I recently moved to Fort Smith Arkansas, and as many know when you move you need to go and get new furniture. For me this is a daunting task filled with pushy sales people and lots of trips all over town.
Cleo's was the 3rd of 7 stops for me and my Dad. When we walked in we were greeted by Brandon, after exchanging pleasantries he began to tell us about the furniture he had in stock. To start off Brandon was the most knowledge person I dealt with in all the furniture stores I went to. He also did not have the prototypical sales mentality and made me feel like he was talking to me like he would a friend. After finding a piece I really liked we decide to think on it. He gave us his "Golden Ticket" (business card) and we left.
Later in the day after several trips to other stores we kept thinking about the couch and Brandon. We decide to go back out and purchase the couch. Brandon gave us a good deal and explained the process of delivery expertly. We should have the couch delivered today. I very much look forward to getting it!!
I would tell anyone looking for a solid experience to head over to Cleo's and speak to Brandon. His knowledge is top tier, his customer service is stellar and he is simply, a great dude. I have a good feeling I will need another chair for my living room and I will be headed back in due course. I forgot to take pictures of the show room but, will get some posted here in the future.

   Read moreI went to Cleo's some years ago in Conway. I loved the furniture and found the dining table and chairs that were perfect for my space. The set was not in stock and I ordered one. My salesman gave me a date to come back and pick it up. I want to say I was so pleased and he was so helpful, nice and clearly was doing his job. When I returned to pick up my set I was told that it was not there. The manager sold it to another customer. My guy was so apologetic and he knew what his manager had done. I asked to speak to him and I was informed that I never bothered to pick it up so he sold it. I returned the day I was told to and I had paid for it up front. The manager was so rude and and stormed off after putting me in my place. Salesperson was clearly upset. This should not matter but, I was going through my second bout of cancer and was not in good health. I was looking sick and I was bald. To date, I have had four. I drove an hour and 15 min. one way to get there for nothing. My husband could not do it as he was in a hospital bed at home with an adult form of Muscular Dystrophy. He passed away this past May. The thing is who gives this manager the right to sell my furniture, yes, my furniture and let me show up for nothing? It took two weeks to get my money back and I had to call a few times to see when my refund would come through. No one could tell me when that would happen.    Read moreOn 12/09/ 2023 we purchased the Persia beige 3 pc Sectional we also bought the ottoman and the gold complete plus insurance. We then paid additional for delivery. When the furniture was delivered the delivery men unwrapped the cushions in the truck, two cushions where smeared with grease. The delivery man called and reported one stain, we did not find the other until about 30 days later when we were turning the cushions! When we contacted the store we were told by Earn that we could bring back the cushions a 100 mile round trip and he would replace them with the cushions on the display set. I told Earn I did not want used cushions and I was unhappy with being asked to take my time at my expense to correct this problem. When there was no follow up from Cleoâs we called again and spoke to Brandon, who informed me that I had waited to long to correct the problem and their policy stated after 30 days it was to late? To add insult to injury within 30 days Cleoâs offered the Ottoman free with purchase, of the set we bought, a 450. value. My husband called the district manager Jordan, and explained our situation and asked if they as a good faith gesture would apply the sale to our purchase. He said he would call my husband back we never heard from him again. In conclusion, I was hopeful that Cleoâs would be to our community here in Ft.Smith what Samâs is to Northwest, a company that cares for their community!...
