I bought $150 worth of gifts and decided to gift the Razorback pj's to myself. After 1 wear, they tore at the seam. The tear is in the actual fabric, not the stitching. I was foolish and washed before I tried to return. The employees were nice, but would not do a refund or exchange because the tags were off and I was honest and said I washed them prior to returning. Friendly service does not make up for the sub-par product for $40! I buy a lot of Razorback gear for my grandsons but guess I'll go back to Fayetteville's...

Came in from Texas bought some stuff for family and some keep sake . Everything is very well presented , clean and organized. The staff, smiles and greet you as soon as you walk in. Love this store! Went to the Pavilion with the intention to just browse at another store. When we saw Rally House, my husband and I bypassed all other stores and decided to check out Rally House. I love that they had an assortment of all different teams including many Arkansas universities.
