Tacos 4 Life — Restaurant in Fort Smith

The flavor is outstanding! The chorizo taco was fairly spicy, enough to get the sinuses flowing. I ordered it because the Coco movie mentioned choking on chorizo. I also had the carnita taco which had a slightly sweet taste to it. I had the two taco meal which was plenty. It came with a cup of rice that was fluffy and moist. Good flavor as well. I really like the modern but festive decor. Good experience. Looking forward to eating here again. And I did. So the this time I tried the tofu taco, which was also good. The chips and salsa were good too. My wife ordered the chicken bacon ranch, which was excellent. It was a lot like a club sandwich in a fried flour tortilla shell. The mango 🥭 taco has a unique flavor I’ve never had in a taco before. I like it! Service was great! Thanks again Tacos 4 Life. 😊

10/23/2020 Update: Evan made this a great experience tonight. Took the time to learn all three of our names during ordering and made recommendations. Was the first to tell us about a Tacos 4 Life app that will give us a free taco for signing up. Score! We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and he went the extra mile and surprised us with some dessert bonuses. Enough about Evan though. On to the food. Tried the mango habanero taco, which was excellent. Not burn your face off spicy, but just the right amount of kick. My daughter had the Korean and the fajita chicken tacos. Both were really good. The creamy corn as a side was great too. Would recommend the corn over the rice as a side. I haven’t had anything I do not like. Looking forward to more Tacos 4 Life! 🌮

7/23/2021 Update: New Favorite is the Southwest Rice Bowl. So much food with such good flavor. Enough for two people, but if you want to feel absolutely stuffed afterward, have at it. While I was really impressed with the Southwest Rice Bowl the Chicken and Cheese Rice Bowl didn’t seem like it lived up to the Tacos for Life standard. If you’re going for very simple, this may be your thing though. 🤷🏻‍♂️

11/27/2021 Update: Chicken Tortilla Soup was a unique spin on tortilla soup. It tasted like rotisserie chicken soup. Not a particularly Mexican flavored soup, but unique and good...

Visited for the last time! My family and I have frequented this Tacos 4 Life for years and after our most recent experience we are DONE! Went in for dinner and placed our order with a young man named Allen. When I looked down at the screen he had rang up Ultimate Trio (appetizer) add chicken when my husband ordered Ultimate Nachos add chicken. I pointed it out and he all but argued with us that it was rang up correctly. After a solid minute of back and forth we said OK but if it comes out wrong it was on him - he agreed. Our food came out and ALL THREE items were wrong! After the argument in just ringing up our order we asked for the manager. We watched the young man go back and speak with a woman who was clearly the manager and had a conversation. We waited several minutes and she never came over. Finally she was walking through the restaurant and we flagged her down, confirmed she was in fact the manager and before we could even tell her what happened told us she refunded our money. There was no apology, there was no desire to understand what actually happened (ya know for a training opportunity for Allen), no offer to remake our food - NOTHING! Honestly the service has really gone down hill in the last year and the restaurant is always kind of gross. With all of the struggles most businesses have been facing with staffing we have been patient and all previous issues were promptly corrected and we at least got an apology. We genuinely love the food and this establishments mission so we have just dealt with it. This most recent experience broke us though. We just took our refund and went to Chick-fil-A - I know I will get good...

I have come to this business twice now in the last two weeks. Unfortunately, both visits have been unpleasant. First and foremost the lady with the blonde hair who was the manager on duty was in the back in clear view yelling and degrading the other staff members, you shouldn’t be speaking to anyone as if they are dogs, but even I’ve seen dogs be treated better, I was in shock as I was just waiting for my order to be taken. When she finally came up to me to take my order, she was rude and acting as if my presence was a issue for her. I understand some people have bad days, but this now goes onto my second time visiting last night 7/25/2023 and it was the same manager as before, some different employees some same from last time. She was once again back there, talking down on them and degrading them. At this point this woman just has to be miserable because there is no way on two separate visits. I get the same manager doing the same thing as last time. I most definitely will not be supporting any business that allows their staff to be treated this way. I’m sure I’m not the only one that has witnessed something like this either. In this day and time we should be beyond this in our actions and the way we speak to people. Especially in a position of power. I would hope anyone else that sees this review wouldn’t want to support them either. I thought this was a Christian-based company. I guess y’all just hire absolute bullies. I do not recommend coming...
