Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Fort Smith

I think this is such a cute idea! However I went to get a Bundt cake (have only tried one flavor so was excited to try another). I asked for the “chocolate chip”. She grabbed the cake while I paid and sealed the bag with a sticker. When I got home and opened the bag it was the chocolate chocolate chip cookie. Which was not what I ordered. I wanted the vanilla cake with chocolate chip. When I called to let them know of the confusion she acted as if it was my fault because I said “chocolate chip” instead of “chocolate chip cookie”. Every time I have bought a Bundt cake they have been AMAZING!! Today I decided to stop by the fort smith location and got two small Oreo and cream mini bundts They were both so hard and tasted burnt. I wish I didn’t live 20 minutes away because I would have taken them back and asked for different ones. The cakes are always great, the customer service on the other hand needs an upgrade. Every time I have come in, one particular worker, chooses to be biased and will be rude.
