My experience involved 3 grown men spending their day figuring out and planning on how to make a woman with anxiety cry in their store. I would say it didn't go very well. These guys claim to have a three year warranty on their battery. The battery goes bad, and we have to fight to replace it. with a bad battery, and when that battery's bad well then, the three year warranty from the original battery is up. After calling Walmart and Home Depot and every other store just to find out if this is common practice, we find out it is not. This is a trick, a scam. They make you feel like a thief, making you feel like you're a bad person who's trying to scam them. Then they have 3 different managers explain why this is obvious and your fault. I went with a friend to make sure she was o k and they We're so awful i'm glad I was there because she started crying in the store because of her anxiety and how they made her feel. She would have moved on and bought her own battery somewhere else. But an area manager told her to go to the store and get a new battery. He would have it all worked out so when she went to the store. As instructed, 3 promenamen were sitting at a ready to laugh at her knowing that she was going to come up there and get a battery. And think she was gonna get it for free. But they were gonna charge her and they were gonna teach her a lesson. I've never seen such sorry, sad people in my life. Want to share what a great employee Kieth at Auto Zone in Fort Valley GA is. My friend and I were 650 miles from home and traveling through to Charleston SC on Sat evening. We had been on the road all day and it was drizzly rain and I stopped at red light next to Auto Zone. My check tire light came on and said I only had 2 lbs of air in tire so I whipped around the corner and pulled into Auto Zone. Keith and another employee were locking door as it was 8:00 pm. He came over to see what was going on and he immediately put his stuff down and started helping. I was driving a Hyundai Santa Fe SUV and trunk was full of luggage to the top. He helped unload it all and found spare and changed it without hesitating. Then he helped load it all back into car. This was all at dark and in drizzling rain and he could have just said they were closed and gone on home, but he didn’t! He is a fine example of what a good human being should be! I have to say that after having logistics with shipping they were awesome to deal with. Ordered a fuel pump, supposed to be there by Sunday, (fed ex kept changing the original delivery date), but not their fault. I was kept up to date by the store and finally arrived on Thursday. Took it home and installed it, and gas Guage didn't work. Took in and out several times to check wires, float etc. I called the store, happened to speak with Tyler the store manager, he immediately offered a replacement and It arrived the next day. It did work properly, and I have to say that the customer service and appreciation for doing business with them, made the drive worth it (12 miles). I had to pass 2 other "Name Brand Stores" locally (2 miles) that didn't even want to order it without first paying for it. This is going to be my store from now on, and well worth the drive.
