The Manager if that’s who the lady at the register is was snappy and lifting her voice because she scratched out boneless wings on the ticket and I told her I wanted boneless as ordered. Her reasoning was we didn’t order correctly??? How do you order boneless if not by clicking boneless??? She said they couldn’t remake the order and refunded that one tray out of the whole order. Money was handed back to cashier and order made again. She continued to keep a rude attitude. I buy multiple large orders from this place weekly. We don’t need to hear “no remakes” 20xs. Make the order right and be respectful when you made the mistake. If attitude continues from this cashier guess we will take our business elsewhere! I hadn’t even mentioned on my reviews the fly situation not once but twice in a row I let slide last time.. this tells me your sauce bins are not covered….yes your cashier had an attitude that time too when I asked for a refund. He then proceeded to take my order without a greeting or apology. A female then comes out of the restroom and takes over my order, again no greeting, no apology for keeping me waiting. Read moreFood was good. My complaint was customer service from the cashier. She was very rood and wanted to charge $2.19 for a single cup of ice. We received our first set of cups and there was a bug stuck on the side of the cup. So my daughter sit the cups back on the counter and politely grab 4 more cups. Cashier walked up and saw the dirty cups sitting there. Never apologized for the bug on the cup, snatched the cups and threw in the trash. And then, I asked for the single cup and she says that’ll be $2.19. The cook and the other servers in the back agreed that there should not have been a charge for just a cup.
