I just had my son go into this establishment while I was over the phone. The black woman was extremely rude. As I was trying to get clarification of charges she blurted out I KNOW WHAT I AM DOING. I immediately said, “ Is there any reason she said that did I say she didn’t know what she was doing. She then continued to tell my son that adding him to my already existing plan would be $95 which I know is incorrect. He has his own unlocked Verizon phone and being added to my existing plan. I have spoken to several Metro PCS. I told her I worked for Verizon for 13 years and she said I DON’T care where you worked. Yes that’s when I lost it and provided her with some words that she needed. I’m black and she was an ignorant black unprofessional fool who doesn’t need to work there. I will never support this establishment maybe that’s why I pay more for Verizon to get stellar service....

I was guaranteed by a MANAGER (Shelly) AND A DISTRICT MANAGER (MIRANDA) that if coverage was not adequate I could cancel my service and receive a refund. When I went in to cancel my service because of poor coverage they denied my return and said I would need to speak with MIRANDA. I met all of the qualifications for a refund from what i wad told by both Shelly and Miranda the day i activated my service with Metro PCS. I have left multiple messages for MIRANDA or anyone from CORPORATE to call me ......2 weeks later I still have heard from no one. WARREN, who is another DISTRICT MANAGER, even told me he would have MIRANDA contact me. Still...
