It was a Friday evening and I, ordered the Chalupa Combo with seasoned ground beef. It was prepared with chicken. I live 2 counties away and didn't learn of this until I got home. I called back and the guy who answered the phone apologized and asked if I could return for a correction. Living 36 miles away I told him I would not be back in Fort Valley, GA until next week. He then stated no problem took my name and stated he was placing it on the manager's board. Today (7/24/2024) I returned to the store where I was heckled by the manager, Jassmine, who was unapproachable once she did become involved stating to me I needed to produce the food from last week or a receipt. Where is the honor system of my name being placed on the manager's board for the error that they made, and for it to be rectified upon my return next week. I have lost my hard earned money after a long day's work, was met with complete disregard as a paying customer. Had it been expressed over the phone then that I needed to hold on to the food or receipt after making the report then I would have brought whatever would have been requested with me upon my return. I'm tired poor service and will write a review moving forward for any place that I patronize that doesn't meet the standard. The same will be done of course for those providing exceptional...
Read moreThe food is good. However, everytime that me and my husband go to this restaurant the employees think its "Play-Time" I guess. Today the cashier was singing very loud in front of the counter by the cash register. She was very annoying and very loud and couldn't sing at all which made it even worse. My husband got up and went outside to eat which I would have done myself but unfortunately I couldn't because I have a back injury. A couple weeks ago late in the afternoon, there was onve again a bunch of highschool kids working, playing in the back, just thinking everything is funny. Using offensive language that I will not put on here because I don't want anyone thinking that I'm being racist but it was the employees using these words very loud where the customers could hear. As we are sitting down and eating our meal we notice outside the doors that three young girls are dancing in ways little girls should not be dancing in the first place. They were facing inside the restaurant trying to get the attention of the young boys working. And they did because two of them ran, yes ran , outside just to see them. I wish that I could run into the owner of this franchise again. I'm more than sure half of his staff would not have a job. We will not be going back. We want to go sit down and eat. Not go and watch kids...
Read moreUpon entering the fast food restaurant, sometime between 3pm to close, customers are met with unruly children playing in the sitting area and what appears to be a disgruntled mother who works at this establishment. It’s highly unprofessional to be yelling and swearing at the children with customers inside ordering food. On to the real topic numerous times and chances have been given to make orders correct and the employees keep messing up the order, whether it’s drive through or walk inside the order always comes out messed up. When customers order no sour cream on anything they want no sour cream. My friends order a taco and burrito pack with NO sour cream, yet one burrito still had some. They have lactose issues and it becomes a great concern health wise when the order is not met to the requested standards. On another visit the manager of the store tried to push a party pack on us instead of listening to what we wanted. This fast food store needs to “tighten up” on their professionalism, communication, courteous mannerisms, and quite frankly give a damn about the customers. I will not be going back and spread the word to go to Warner Robins, Perry, or even Macon to get Taco Bell. If I could I would let the regional manager know about the issue...
