This is the first time I have ever purchased furniture with Farmers Furniture and after my experience I would definitely recommend this particular store to others. I was fortunate enough to share this experience with the manager. She listened to what I was looking for and actually exceeded my expectations. Farmers doesn't carry the particular chair that I wanted but I am very happy with the alternative that she showed me. After we finished the business part of the transaction we continued to chat and she made me feel as I was part of her family. In today's time it was so refreshing to have an employee with excellent Customer Service. The young man who delivered my chair was also very respectful of my home. This location (Fort Valley) has horrible customer service! Do not get scammed into purchasing their plans and insurance!!! They will provide and say misleading false information attempting to convince you to purchase their plans. IT IS NOT REQUIRED!!! One day I went inside the store to make a payment. I approached the counter to physically see 2 associates and the chain manager behind the counter. No one acknowledged my presence for a while until they were fit. I guess when your leader does not show or set the example the associates follow. The associate that helped me is usually nice. Everything was explained to me better than at the Warner Robins, GA store did!! The Warner Robin store left out pertinent info! The manager had also promised me a 10% off discount off the next time I came in due to referring my daughter and son-in-law to them 2 years ago!
