I don’t ever really thank you write reviews for office supply stores, but I recently visited Office Depot in Fort Walton Beach, and I must say, it was an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and courtesy by the incredible staff. One employee in particular, Yvonne, went above and beyond to make my visit a truly delightful one.
Yvonne's exceptional service began by helping me sign up for their rewards program. She guided me through the process, explaining all the benefits and ensuring that I understood how it worked. Her pleasant spirit made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free.
Moreover, the store itself was impeccably clean and well-organized. The aisles were neatly arranged, making it easy to navigate and locate the items I needed. It's evident that the management takes great pride in maintaining a pristine shopping environment, which greatly enhances the overall customer experience.
What impressed me even more was the positive atmosphere created by the entire staff. Everyone seemed genuinely happy.
Overall, my visit to Office Depot in Fort Walton Beach was exceptional. Yvonne's outstanding service, coupled with the clean and well-stocked store, made for an enjoyable shopping experience. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of office supplies or expert assistance from friendly professionals.
Kudos to Yvonne and the entire team at Office Depot in Fort Walton Beach for their dedication to customer satisfaction. They have set the bar high for excellence in service, and I am grateful for their commitment to going above and beyond. I will definitely be returning to this store for all my office needs in the future!
Thank you, Office Depot, for making my visit memorable and enjoyable in the middle of back to...
Read moreI was given a delivery window between 8:30 - 5:00, which is not a window, that's the entire day & it's inconvenient. When I called around 3:00 to find out an eta, I was told that they deliver to busineses 1st, then to residences. So then, why give me a window beginning at 8:30? This is poor planning & inconsiderate. And guess what? He still arrived past the 5:00 "window." The delivery guy arrived at 5:20 (video doorbell). I had to leave prior to his arrival, so he left the file cabinet outside the front door, which means that now I have to find someone w/a dolly to do what the delivery person should have done had he arrived within their 8.5 hr. "window."
UPDATE: "Paige" asked me to email a copy of my review, order #, tele. #, and address to a particular email address. I did. "Paige" responded to the email by saying that their delivery window is usually bet. 8:30 - 5:00, and that she was "sorry to hear" that the order arrived outside the delivery window. Her reply was useless and non-responsive. Paige could have said that in her 1st email reply. She did not address why residential deliveries couldn't be given a more realistic window, knowing that they deliver to businesses 1st. Other companies give a tighter window than 8.5 hours, and they can too if they tried. People are busy, and we have things to do, and to make zero effort to give residential customers a smaller window is inconsiderate. If you live in a town where Office Depot has competition, and you need a residential delivery, I'd try the competition, particularly since Office Depot appears to be okay with having people wait considerably longer for a delivery than what's necessary. Major inconvenience to...
Read moreI don’t usually write reviews but I had such a bad experience I cannot stop thinking about and I don’t want anyone wasting their time supporting a place that almost encourages such behavior. First off, I come in here ever so often but the place is always dirty/disgusting. The dust always sets off my allergies, and the other ladies at my elderly brunch group also agree. Now the horrible customer service. I get not having what I needed, but having an employee give me attitude just to walk away and play on their phone is insulting. The only person that ever seemed to actually work was a girl I don’t see working anymore. I’m not surprised if they fired the only decent employee. I get the need of phones these days, but don’t they get paid to do something? I wish I got paid to stand around and do nothing instead of learning the value of actual hard work. I’m not even suprised if they get bonuses for pissing customers off. That’s how disrespectful I feel. Don’t waste your time. Go to Walmart, they had what I needed and at a cheaper cost if they don’t have it at Walmart sacrifice convenience for 2 day Amazon shipping. They need to rewire this store before I ever consider coming back. I wanna know who’s in charge. I’m not guilty attaching this negative experience to your name, you obviously don’t...
