Edit: Updating my five-star review from three years ago to recognize Kielie in Custom Framing for her exceptional work and attention to detail. I am a repeat customer -- Kielie (and anyone on the framing team that I've had interactions with) has been incredibly helpful, patient, creative, and thoughtful, always considering my preferences. During the recent Labor Day sale, she guided me through choosing the best options for two fine art canvas pieces, and her professionalism really stood out. Last November, she also did a fantastic job stretching a massive 8' abstract canvas for me, which is why I returned for her expertise. I've been a loyal Michael's customer for years and will continue coming back for all my stretching and framing needs.

It's an excellent store for almost everything an artist or crafts DiY'er might need, with the exception of fabrics. There is a large selection of ready-made frames and custom framing services. The store is a bit confusing to navigate, likely due to the sheer diversity of products; however, most employees can point you in the right direction. Asking for advice or product suggestions can be hit-or-miss based on each associate's level of experience with art supplies and crafting, but they are eager to help if they can. Their retail prices are a bit high, but they frequently offer generous discounts and BOGO sales, especially if you sign up for their free buyer's club. I've personally always loved this store because I'm an artist and the supplies here are ENDLESS! but today, sadly enough will be my last day coming here. The 2nd hand embarrassment I felt from the manager and The tag along employee harassing my mother and I today showed me the professionalism this store holds itself to. We came for baby shower decor, and left purely ENRAGED! if you cannot as a general manager (ANA) show proper professionalism and mannerism infront of your employees (kielle), you set low expectations for how they should behave and treat other customers.
