If I could give zero stars I would! The manager on duty named Tania (spelling could be wrong) was rude had absolutely NO PROFESSIONALISM!! I ordered online for curbside pick up, arrived and checked in, they responded you’re checked in and your order will be out between 7:13-7:15 pm! I wait 10 minutes call and tell the manager that I am waiting for my order she says we not doing curbside orders. I tell her I placed the order she rudely cuts me off and says well ain’t nothing on my screen you can come through the drive thru. I look at online banking and see that I was charged for my order. I get out try to explain, she rudely cuts me off again and would not listen, I show her the receipt from my order and that my debit card was charged. She responds well it’s not on my screen. I ask well how do I get my refund, she says you have to call corporate. Then she says you can go to another store and they can comp your order. I was like how will they know to comp it. She said I will call and tell them, so I ask her why don’t she comp my order since it happened at her store, she responds I’m not doing all that. You can go to another store or I don’t know what to tell you. Then she tells me I can go through drive through and order and pay for my food again. She was very short and rude in her tone the entire time so I tell her it’s really no need to be rude, just give me the number to corporate. She goes inside and calls someone on her cell, guessing another manager talks for 5 minutes all while I am waiting outside waiting for a number to corporate to call to get a refund. She comes outside hands me the phone, for this lady named Shakera to say our online service was cut off because of the hurricane. Read moreI'm so done with Whataburger. I've had numerous issues with this fast-food chain. But this was the straw that broke the camels back. I went in on 12/21/23 around 7pm. They wasn't even that busy being a Thursday evening. I waited 20 minutes to receive my food. While I was waiting they staged the fries for orders they was completing. So basically I sat there and watched the fries get cold while I was waiting. Not to mention that while I was waiting, I watched 2 Doordash drivers come in about 10-15 minutes into my wait and walk out with their orders first. So, I eventually received my order and when I did, they served me the fries they had staged which was stone cold at that point. I requested a refund and left the order right on the counter. When I informed the manager about the Doordash orders. She replied that the Doordash orders was there first. Which is completely untrue. I work for Doordash as a driver. I know how it works. Those drivers didn't receive their orders and pick them up 10 minutes or whatever later... When a Doordash order comes through. It goes to the dasher who is the closest to the location. We have a certain a certain time frame to pick up and deliver the orders. I used to eat Whataburger almost daily. Now it's too the point where I haven't eaten there in months. So I go back to give it another shot. Just to leave hungry and upset. So that will definitely be my last visit, after I've given them ample opportunities to right there wrongs. Such...
Read moreReally frustrated with my drive thru experience. Waited 20 minutes from ordering to get to the window for breakfast. Realized I forgot to order a sausage patty and asked for it at the window. They said no, they line was too long and I'd have to get back in line. 1) It is not my fault that they are backed up. 2) i know there's a bucket of sausage patties waiting to be put on biscuits and it would take 10 seconds to grab one 3) i waited another 7 minutes after that for my food... Which was definitely enough time to grab me a sausage patty. And the woman's attitude made it worse... She huffed at me when I asked for the sausage, then asked if i wanted the food i ordered. ?? "So, do you want this?" She says. Would it have been ideal for me to remember the sausage at the order station? Obviously. She offered for me to get back in the drive thru line... And wait another 30 minutes for a sausage patty that is literally ready right now and you don't want to grab it for me because you have poor management skills to serve the people in your drive thru? I think not. This is the slowest Whataburger in town, but usually a nice experience overall. Not impressed, and really frustrated. Also, if the first ordering window were being utilized, mistakes like this could be easier avoided and people could correct their order before getting to the food window and them refusing to adjust it because "they are behind" which again, could be avoided with better service and...
