First let me thank you for trying to give me a full refund. It was not necessary. My friend kept his drink as whomever the disrespectful female working in that green shirt didn't offend him. For the future organization and planning help tremendously. It's very inconvenient and inefficient to process orders however you are currently doing. If you have a lobby full of people address those orders First. We are all aware of the high demand for online orders but if that driver isn't there process those orders, or maybe even dedicate one person to only work lobby and make all those orders or two or whatever divide the work. The lady behind me had 2 salads 2 wraps and 4 smoothies and received her food before me...almost the exact same time. While I don't mind waiting I had already been waiting for quite a bit. She had her food before my two smoothies made it to me. Which I did order before her. I wait long before she even got there for someone to finally come up front 5-7 before anyone came or acknowledged I was in the store. People were now lined up behind when someone came to take our orders. Now I'm not even upset with my wait. What I'm upset with is this woman's level of disrespect when dispersing our orders. I returned my drink strictly for that reason and will avoid any Tropical Smoothies owned by this entity because of it and force everyone with me to do the same. I was very much holding myself back as this young lady found it cute to mock me in MY FACE...it will be my last time spending any funds with you. I hope someone catches her on the right day to do what I couldn't. Makes sure they rung up $5.99 + $1.00 for the drink I kept and left money for. I left $7.00 you should have enough minus a few changes I'm sure you can cover that...oh FYI little girl...the woman behind me was just as annoyed her food was out before mine as she voiced it...
Read moreI love the TS franchise. Good smoothies. Good wraps. This particular store can't get it right. I've held off in writing a review for the last 5 visits. But this place is consistently bad and unfortunately close to my work. The drive through looks like it gets hit daily by angry customers. It's like a scene in a movie for an abandoned restaurant. The place feels dirty and from the outside it's so unkept it looks like it's been shut down. I always expect it and am surprised when the door opens. The actual people in the window are friendly enough, if they wait on you. That's a big if, you can sit there for 10 minutes, they'll walk by, look at you, and never say a word. If you ask them what's going on they will say they are short staffed while you look at the staff standing their on their phones. Never apologetic, never clean, never good service. But they picked a winning franchise and situated themselves next to a high school where cleanliness and service isn't really a concern...

I would like to call my order in being that I’m at work or want to social distance and it don’t matter what time I call they never pick of the phone or they take it off the hook. I call it lazy they call it busy but when I get there are no customers. Use to be managed well but things have change. I am also all about your kids working but some of the you youngsters here have no customer service skills and need to be trained. I ask they young man about whey they didn’t answer the phone and his response was a blank stare like look around we are busy and “what do you want!”...
