I went to Hank's in Destin to buy a Stressless chair during their Labor Day Sale. I bought one , tho not the chair or color I wanted, but it was available in 5-6 weeks. Later that day, I heard about Unwind. I was there the next morning at 10:00 when they opened. Jill told me all about the Stressless chairs. I told her the model, color, and base that I wanted. She verified the size I needed, went to her computer to check inventory. They had one in NJ and could have it in 2-3 weeks. I said, "Let's buy it!". She rang it up and it was cheaper than the chair I bought at Hank's during their sale. Needless to say, I came home, called Hank's, and cancelled my order from them. True to her word, Jill called me 3 weeks to the day ( almost to the hour) asking when they could deliver the chair. I told her I would pick it up in 30 minutes, if they could have it assembled. They did better than that! The 2 pieces were assembled, stacked, and shrink-wrapped. What a beautiful shopping experience, without having to go ALL the way to Destin. I bought my two Stressless Magic Chairs one for my wife and one for me . We are two different size people Jill at Unwind furniture sat us in all different styles and sizes of chairs until we found what worked best and fit us correctly. She knows her chairs and how people need to fit in them for maximum comfort. She took the time never did we feel pressured to rush or buy. We enjoyed our time with her so much we all went and shared a meal together at a nice restaurant when we finished after closing time.
