I love the clothes and accessories of Francesca's. My review is based solely on the customer service at this location. There is very much a "mean girl" vibe here. The associates stay at the register, talking amongst themselves and really give the impression they're talking about customers. They didn't offer to help at all and this isn't the first time I haven't felt welcome at this store. The time before, I was given a different shopping bag than everyone else. All other customers received a cute Francesca shopping bag when they checked out; I received a plain...
