Most RIDICULOUS customer service I've seen !!!! Was working in the area and from the place I'm from we dont have a big lots. My daughter need some new furniture and I said let's go look. So we.lucked out a full set (couch,love seat and a recliner and some tables) I had brought the In closed trailer so I new we could haul it all home. Stood there 20 mins the asked for help. Was told they will be here in a min.. waited 20 more mins. This man passed said I need to take this out Ill be right back. He cam in 10 mins later said I've got to go get something and take it out. So I. All 1 hour to wait. I finally after 1.hour said I'm done. Went up to the register to buy somethings in my cart and SERIOUSLY there was 4 people sitting well rephrase 3 people sitting like literally and 1 running the register. In my shopping experience due to the covid-19 to make my purchase I was instructed to touch the keypad to decline giving money to the veterans I understand about the veterans I really do but I'm there to make a purchase not to be panhandled and forced to touch a keypad to decline a donation this is wrong I shouldn't have to be forced to do this just to shop in the store no other reason was I having to touch the keypad other than that if people want to give they know how to do it you don't have to be put in a position just to go shopping in a store once again over this covid-19 just to make my purchase not happy very disappointed with this store will not be back did not want to give one star did not want to give anything but I have to in order...

We placed an online order for in-store pick up - because we receive an email from Big Lots almost daily promoting this service. We are from out of town and scheduled our pick up for a time when we were going to be in Fort Wayne. We never received a confirmation about our order. So, because we were in town, we went in to see if our order was ready. The items were still on the shelf and the workers acted like they had no idea about online orders. We were able to get the items anyway, but not without hassle. It seems odd to promote (strongly) a service that you and your workers are not...
