Most RIDICULOUS customer service I've seen !!!! Was working in the area and from the place I'm from we dont have a big lots. My daughter need some new furniture and I said let's go look. So we.lucked out a full set (couch,love seat and a recliner and some tables) I had brought the In closed trailer so I new we could haul it all home. Stood there 20 mins the asked for help. Was told they will be here in a min.. waited 20 more mins. This man passed said I need to take this out Ill be right back. He cam in 10 mins later said I've got to go get something and take it out. So I. All 1 hour to wait. I finally after 1.hour said I'm done. Went up to the register to buy somethings in my cart and SERIOUSLY there was 4 people sitting well rephrase 3 people sitting like literally and 1 running the register. We are from out of town and scheduled our pick up for a time when we were going to be in Fort Wayne. We never received a confirmation about our order. So, because we were in town, we went in to see if our order was ready. The items were still on the shelf and the workers acted like they had no idea about online orders.
