I met this horribly disrespectful worker there her name was Violet with black hair she works at the office in fort Wayne closest to west Jefferson blvd. She kept bullying her co workers , I saw it in person and it had me so disgusted an fumeing that i refused to buy from there. Like your having some 17 year old make fun of other coworkers an lash out an be on her phone like just not do anything,when i doubt any of that was in there job description. I was utterly revolted seeing how she treats others . I hope they replace that unprofessional, bullying , harassing coworker because the place is decent besides there workers

As a shop owner, I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer service as a whole with this company. I experienced rude staff myself and the manager wasn't interested in hearing my concerns for not only my customers that visited the store but as a shop owner. I also had hundreds of dollars stolen, when brought to the attention of the manager Julie, all she could do is make excuses. If I could give a zero star review I would. I brought all my concerns to upper management, with no resolution or concern. It's obvious this is a company wide mindset. It’s a mixed variety in here. Some things are locally made/sold by honest hard working small business owners, and then we have hobby lobby resell items and crumby AI garbage “art”. The most disappointing thing and the reason for three stars was the amount of AI generated wall decor that is being sold as “art prints”. I’ve seen about 2-3 AI Jesus “art prints” in here. I mean come on. AI Jesus??? Really??? That’s what we come down to?? It’s hard to support a company that allows this—but there are a few really nice local booths in here that make it hard for me to give...
