BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

I can't begin to describe how amazing this place and the workers here are! Everyone is so sweet!!! Each time I come in, I feel like I'm being treated like a goddess!! My very first time I was in here, (which was one of the first weeks that they were open), the sweet man working the counter was quick, treated me as if he'd been close friend of mine for my entire life (even though we'd never met), and my bagel was ready within just seconds. Many coffee shops have been in this exact location before Bigby coffee was. None of them lasted because none of them had such outstanding service like this place does! Everyone is too sweet!

The second time I came in here, was actually by mistake. I was at the library across the street and needed a place to sit down while I waited on a ride from my sister (we shared a car at that time.) I walked across the street to sit down at one of Bigby's tables outside. I asked an employee if I was allowed to smoke cigarettes outside their place. She didn't know and had the manager come out to talk to me. The manager said in the sweetest voice in the world that the state doesn't allow it. Normally, as a smoker, you'd be frustrated to hear that you can't smoke. But since she was so kind, it didn't bother me at all. She asked if she could get me anything, and I said I was fine. She insisted on being sweet, and got me an ice water. Her name was Terena.

Then I went inside and ordered a bagel. It was the most, hot, fresh, wonderfully tasting bagel I've ever had!!! You will not be disappointed if you come in here!!

The 3rd time I came in, I had just left Tim Horton's (and that was a terrible coffee shop). I came in here complaining to the employee working here at Bigby's and she and her helper were both so helpful and sweet and totally shocked at the way I described how awful Tim Horton's was. I brought my laptop this time, and connected to their free wifi in a matter of seconds. They have great prices too!

First time visit, there was only two other customers when I arrived (both seated already) I was asking about flavors and looking at the ‘menu’ and the worker pointed to a sign and said these are all the flavors. Ok. Continued to look at the menu, which has so many combos that looked sooo delicious I could have took an hour to decide! I went with the chocolate chip mint (leprechaun something or other) Staff said pick up over there and walked away. I sat down to wait because I wasn’t exactly sure where over there was. Few seconds later the other worker tossed a drink onto the counter and walked away. I looked around and no one else was waiting so I assumed it was mine, got it and left. The drink was large and full to the top. Flavoring was light, and I didn’t care for the baby chocolate chips but it was as advertised. The price for a large drink was almost $10 which is a little steep for me, most likely won’t be back unless I have some kind of coupon and I’ll probably get it through the app since I felt ignored...
