7-Eleven — Local services in Fort Worth

They are lazy rude and the store is dirty if you have a lot of items they will refuse to ring it up and say that they're already scanned out they have an attitude like they don't want to be there like if someone was forcing them to in the morning and long lines they can have two cashiers but only one will work and the other one will sit down on the phone talking to somebody about what they did last night I would not recommend the store even if you need gas because if they have more than three people you're going to wait in line into the person is ready to assist you I tried using the app and all the lady had to do was rescan it and she told me that we were past that that it's too late either buy it or leave I wasn't going to get rude with the older lady so I just left the product their 7/11 sold to a different company and now I see why also there's no point in calling corporate on them because it just goes to the manager there and all she does is...

I've worked across the street from this 7-11 location for 25 years & purchased things daily. I've slowly watched it deteriorate over the years with hopes that new management would come in & get things cleaned up. It's dirty, staff are rude & unprofessional. 90% of the time the credit card machines aren't working, gas pumps are out of order & shelves & coolers are empty. I visited today with the intent to purchase three things & all three things were OUT OF STOCK. How or why does this even happen? It's unfortunate that I work foot steps away & have to drive miles down the road to get a soda! I won't attempt another visit.....it's obvious things aren't going to change...

The manager Lady in the morning is the most unprofessional, unproductive, loud, mouth to customers, disrespectful (she’s old, big, smokes by the door) . She’s smokes under the overhang by pumps, which is also by the door. She isn’t wearing a mask. I hope she gets fired , I used to visit this place 2-3 times a day everyday . I won’t anymore.

She is the worst and the place has gone down hill since she was hired . I hope it lets me post...
