Lovvvve love lovvvve the Savon Pharmacy team members!

Both my hubby Mike and I are there frequently and always have a hello for Ms. Viola or Ms Topi (2 of our fav pharmacists and so helpful).

We know the other team members as well - and they answer questions happily, offer assistance if unexpected delays (example - I needed a medication recently before travel. It was not available and Ms. Topi found a local pharmacy only a few miles away who could help - I’m baking something lovely for her and the gals when we get back!).

This group does things the old fashioned way - being of service in any way they can, with miles of smiles and care. They will call or text the updates as preferred. They are warm and professional - You are our favorites!

The drive up pick up is so horrendous. They only wait 20 minutes to hear back about substitutions. My whole order was basically substitutions and I have a special needs 2 year old so most of the time I can’t reply back in 20 mins. Their excuse was that they are on a time crunch. The associate Michelle that contacted me via text kept going back and forth of why she substituted everything and finalized the order without talking to me first. She also said we can refund you the items you want refunded so I said the items I wanted refunded and she said oh we can’t refund you the diapers. They are the wrong size! My doctor call in my prescription yesterday at 6 pm. I called them to get it before they closed and said it would be ready today. It is now 4 pm and my son has been waiting for over an hour for them to fill it. It should have been ready when he arrived. I will never get a prescription filled there again. This is unacceptable for a pharmacy. Glad it wasn't a medication I really needed like Blood pressure or an inhaler I needed to breathe. I get prescriptions filled all the time at Tom Thumb. Never...
