Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Fort Worth

I went in on a Saturday and paid cash for my bill. Owner took my payment and charged my card as well. She pocketed my money and I'm a "Black" senior citizen. I fell if I wasn't "Black" she would have been honest. I reported her to Metro corporate office and was informed that she needs to refund me my money back, because they took of of my card. Now I have a over draft on my card. She was suppose to set the payment up for September auto payment. She now refuses to refund me my money. She admitted that she took my payment to her workers and they where very rude to me. I never got out of my character, because I know God is watching me. So I pray that she will be "honest and give me my money back. I went to another store and was informed that that store has several complaints. Their family owned and ruined. The . Their evil people. They take from senior citizens. I have reported them to corporate office . God sees 👀...

Ask for $50 plan the guy set me up for $60 plan. Then he added on features I didn't ask for. Then tried to charge me 150 for new service(phone was free). I still ended having to call customer service to fix my plan. I also had to go back to store to get my pin. Also I spent so much time going back and forth with the guy that I didn't realize he just gave me whatever phone he had in front of him instead of me picking...

The store is really clean and delightful. I like the its under new management and they are working really good. I had a really good experience with them. The service is really great with cheap plans and help from the employee.i suggest everyone nearby to visit once and experience the service if you have any problem with the phone or phone plans with metro. A employee there known as Jonathan is really helpful and made me happy with is professionalism. He is quick and can handle a lot of customer with goodwill.
