UPDATE: 8/27/25 I went to the bridgewood location as I do on a regular basis. Like below it's usually a hit or miss. My order at the window was incorrect two times as I was assured the second time that it was accurate. After pulling into the front of the store parking I noticed that I was still missing two items. Of course at this point I was not angry but livid. My spouse told me to stay in the car and that he would go inside and deal with the order issue. HOWEVER, I CHOSE NOT TO LISTEN. I walked in and very angrily asked to speak to the manager. TO MY SURPRISE I MET THE MOST AMAZING MANAGER NAMED TASHA. TASHA came out to greet me with a smile on her face and asked how she may help me. I was amazed and taken aback by her professionalism, demeanor, and willingness to make the issue perfect for me before I left the restaurant. Not only did she add the items that were missing, but she also remade the items that were now cold. SHE PERSONALLY MADE MY ORDER AND OFFERED ME A COLD DRINK WHILE I WAITED. She was absolutely so kind and professional that it freaked me out, especially after going to that location for many years. I asked her if I could give her a hug and she gladly accepted and then she walked out to my car with my order AND APOLOGIZED TO MY SPOUSE FOR THE WAIT AND THE ORDER ISSUES. NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEIMAN MARCUS STYLE! Sometimes people have no idea how acts of kindness and one doing their job in a professional manner makes the company the customer and the world a better place. KUDOS TO TASHA and her ability to maintain control and manage what I'm sure is a difficult and revolving staff. THANKS AGAIN TASHA!
It is a hit or miss at the Bridgewood location. Sometimes when I go there the experience is simple and I'm out of there. Often, the experiences Is horrible starting from the speaker. You cannot understand the person inside. They seem to be annoyed with you because you can't hear them. Then they have to continue asking you to repeat your order. You get to the first window and there is zero eye contact as your orders mumbled back to you while the person is looking at a different direction. All the while you're in your car and you can barely hear it darn thing they're saying. Of course we all know that you don't want to upset anyone while they're making your food. I don't seem to experience the same situation as other locations. My food is then handed to me at the second window with the only verbiage is what I like any sauce. I'm handed my food and off I go, with no departing comment from the cashier/food handler. My last trip what is the reason for this review. I ordered dry supreme nachos. I got home and there were no chips for either of the orders. I ordered 2 super tacos and 2 super burritos. Both taco were STALE as hell. I tried to call management just to let them know so they stop using these old ones for other customers. The call send to voicemail 3x in an hour time frame so I’m writing this review for a few reasons.
My service has horrible every single time. At every location, but especially this one on this day. Why charge 69 cents for extra olives? They only give you about 6 slices which isn’t even 1 WHOLE olive. That’s penny pinching from the franchise and that’s ridiculous considering every individual super taco is about $5. My crunchy tacos were at least a day old or very humid which is gross. It was actually very chewy. I don’t ever write bad reviews so it was bad enough that I felt it was necessary.

Read moreI don't know why we keep going back. Every time the order is wrong, we are given someone else's order, it takes a long time even when it doesn't look at all busy. Today they gave us burritos that belonged to the car in front of us...no bag just handed the bowl container with the burritos to us. It was a $24 order, the guy handed us the wrong burritos and our tea then acted like that was our whole order, clueless. Told him this wasn't our whole order and the burritos were wrong. He consulted with someone, who came and confirmed our order with us...in the meantime the car missing the burritos had returned. The window person confirmed those were the wrong burritos he handed us, that had now been sitting on our dashboard for several minutes and which I had touched with my bare fingers looking to see if they were made how we had ordered them. The window person took them back, placed them on the counter and started yelling they are here, we don't need to make them again, they are here on the counter. Gross!!! We will not...
