I am in my Albertsons store at least once a day between my friendly Pharmacy staff and all of the Great, smiling and friendly associates! I've lived over here for 7 years and they've never let me down! They know me by first name and I know most of their names and that's comforting! The management is great as well and if there's any issue I might have with a product they are all quick to resolve them! My only advice would be to check your expiration dates especially on sale items! The dairy in particular but they really do appreciate it if you bring the products up to customer service so that they can take them off the shelves! I feel like I'm doing a good service for other shoppers when I do this! If you're looking for a friendly, convenient and affordable place to shop Albertsons is your store! I do have to tell you though that it takes a little bit of work to get the great prices sometimes! It is well worth the money you will save if you will get the Albertsons App on your phone and download the Just 4 U within the App so that for the great sales you can cash in on those that aren't even sometimes marked by the product but you know it's on sale because of your app! And they are more than willing to show you how to use the app to get the best prices! Check your ad every week to find things that you need but don't pay too much when things are not on sale because on Tuesday you can go to your app and pull up the weekly ad and when you scroll down to the bottom it will show you what's coming up on sale on Wednesday for the upcoming week and then you can plan your shopping accordingly to get the best deals! Mixed reviews. I shop at Albertsons primarily along with Braums, an occasional Walmart stop. When I went in, I had a very strict budget & limited physical energy & I knew it would take a long time for me physically to get all I needed as I needed to use the app & I actually forgot adjoining coupons at home. So, I scanned as I went. Then my phone FROZE UP & I was unable to scan. Which caused distress. I got to the check out & was told, no scan, no discount as I showed her my phone would not scan. She basically said, O Well. I said, let me try again. All the while she was ringing what had been scanned. I got it to work. In meantime, I had items I needed, but could do without. I placed them on the counter & when the total came up, I had to give up some of the products. I noticed something that I call "misleading marketing". Albertsons, we used to make fun of my mom 20 years ago because she loved this location so much. Now I see why. La Tisha the supervisor/manager is nice to the staff and guests and I go there like 3+ Times a week, no joke. I’m not just saying this.
