I just happened to stop in after passing by every day O just getting off work, I ask the girl a question about the affiliation with the one in stock yards, her demeanor was curt! and said : I don't know!! so I let it slide I said this is my first time in... I ordered the waffle and wings, she asked what flavor? I go the pineapple one , she rings me up and says 16 dollars and change, I go that's a big jump from 12.dollars after she already swiped my card and she tells me that. She already rung up the order and she can't charge it! I told her I didn't want to spend 16 dollars in there she tells me that's because you ordered what we call a specialty sauce!! I wasn't told that I would have ordered another flavor , she goes on the offense and says let me get my manager ! It's gonna take twenty minutes for your order, I told her why didn't you explain to me which sauces cost extra , because y told her when she had given me the menu. That I couldn't hardly see the menu letters where small! she started acting weird after about fifty minutes she came wit my order I was very upset, the waffles tasted spungy and gritty and no flavor the wings where hard and little dry!! This what gets me I get home I call back asked to speak to a manager , she goes and say it's no Manager here she left she won't be back, and she and a back ground person snickering and laughing in the background so I asked why are you laughing? she was making fun of my plyte?? I ask if she give the manager a message to call me! She told when I wanted to change my wing flavor that she had to get her manager!! be for I left I witnessed her the other girl drinking shots with customers!! I said maybe that was her problem!! Let me start off by saying the server was super sweet and absolutely loved her attitude. The atmosphere was nice, had a nice playlist of all genres, and was very clean. With that being said, this place was severely empty for a Saturday night, which I’m assuming is the reason there was only one cook and one bar tender working, which unfortunately cause very slow service. The drinks were amazing! However, the food is a different story. We came in a total of 6 of us, for starters we got fries and mozzarella logs which took about 15min to come out. The fries were well cooked but overly salty. The logs were delicious, however the marinara sauce they provided went bad. The fried pickles my sister ordered were really good as well. I didn’t care for the ranch but I’m just picky about that. It took about 45mins for the main dishes to come out. My dude and I ordered wings, the red velvet waffles, and crawfish. The wings and waffle were delicious. However, the crawfish smelled like cheese and according to my dude and sister they taste like Parmesan (which is far from what was expected) and ended up not eating them. It’s disappointing we were unable to have them removed from our ticket since they were not to our liking and we returned them. The server was nice enough to compensate with drinks so we didn’t feel the lost. My sister and their partners ordered the Cajun pasta and it was cold and had to ask for it to be warmed up. According to them it was just ok, from the bite I tasted, I agree. It wasn’t nasty, just ok. Our expectations for the Cajun food were set to a certain standard and unfortunately, those standards were not met for us. Needless to say for us the experience was better as a bar and if we return we will stick to the basic bar foods (wings and appetizers.) I checked this place out for the first time on a Saturday night. From the name I thought it would be the average pub and Grill spot where I can order a delicious dish to go. It's more of a club atmosphere from what I see, music playing, boxing match on large screen TVs. 30 and under crowd with casual dress code. 👍A fun spot to hang out if you're into that kind of thing. it was hard for the hostess to hear my order over the loud music but I was able to get my nachos in about 15 minutes. 😖However she brought it out on a plate. I told her I wanted it to go and she easily switched it out for a carryout box. She said they don't get many to-go orders. The nachos were pretty decent, but pricey 😮. A nice amount of meat to chips. Not real crazy about the cheese sauce. But the shredded cheese was good. Also fresh guac on the side.😋 Very difficult to find parking on a Saturday night. 🅿️There is a sign at the second entrance indicating parking in the field. But since the service road is one way most people come into the first entrance they see and it's not clear that there is additional parking until you are ready to leave, 👀then you have to go all the way back around the freeway and back down the service road to get in.🚧 I just ended up parking on the sidewalk / the grass at the entrance. It's dark over by the field and even if I had saw the sign I probably wouldn't have parked over there.😱 I also didn't see a bar to sit at. If the music was not as loud and there was a bar to sit and relax while waiting for food I might choose this as one of my go-to spots for a quick bite. I'm comparing this to No Frills Grill, which is my default for bar...
