My experience is VERY unpleasant. My son and daughter in law went in to purchase a living set. They agreed to pay the over priced price they offered. They promised a delivery date and did not deliver. Not once did they call them to update them, instead my son had to call and was given the run around about the new time that they would be there. That time came and passed. Still no call, no show. My son had to call again to find out where they were and they were told the driver had a flat. At what point do you call your customer to update them? They were given a new time and STILL no show (shocking - insert sarcasm). They made every excuse as to why it did not happen. My son and daughter in law decided they no longer wanted the furniture. They called to tell them this and they said they would "throw in some lamps". Lamps? Really? Lamps? My son called me to say that they called him and rambled, not allowing my son to get a word in, so much that my son had to just agree. I called the store on a 3 way call with my son to explain to them that they no longer wanted the furniture and instead would like a refund and the "owner" said they would not refund the money they put down on this because they signed a contract. How can you hold a person to a contract for product they have not received. More importantly they are in breach of the contract as well because they did not deliver the furniture. I feel like my young son and daughter in law were taken advantage of and it's heart breaking. The 2 people that we spoke to were pleasant and not rude by any means. It's just disgusting to take advantage of people and more importantly not to refund their money. Absolutely disgusting. I will definitely share the terrible rating on every social...

Athens Furniture Outlet is an awesome place to go get furniture when you're starting out new or when you're just trying to recreate something different in your home walking in the door I was welcome, I felt comfortable, I felt treated with respect, and they was understanding towards me in looking for what I wanted. They helped me you know the different options in financing they were very energetic, friendly, sweet people they made you feel at home. Even though Covid-19 has ruined so many things, buying furniture from this business was smooth and satisfying. They answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with my purchase. The energy of the staff was very welcoming and it felt great they recognized me going back. First purchase was the couch and dining table, I was so happy with the service and quality of my items that I went back a second time for my bar stools.
