My husband took my original wedding ring into Jeff. The diamond had fallen out a few years ago while I was at work. The picture is after Jeff replaced the diamond, cleaned it up, and made it look more amazing than it did when we first purchased it. I was brought to tears. I will be taking all my business herd from now on. He is amazing kind and personable while being incredibly professional and well priced. I don't tend to leave Google reviews, but this one is well deserved. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Amazing workmanship! My Dad retirement watch is 35 yrs old I was given it before he passed away in 2017. He wore it everyday and I have it been stopping took to another place they would just replace battery and it run for little bit. Took it in and it needed some work and parts and not only does it run amazing again it looks beyond great to me. My Dad would even be surprised how good it looks now. Thank You šŸ˜Š

I am editing and adding to my review since I am now a regular customer at Pro-Fix- 5-22-21- Jeff is THE BEST and can do any work you need done. I recently purchased a ring that another jeweler had sized and put ripples in the ring. Jeff fixed and the ring looks brand new now. He is now fixing a emerald ring where a stone fell out. I will only go to Jeff from now on. Again he is the best. I took engagement ring and band in to be resized at Pro Fix. Jeff did an amazing job. He cleaned and polished rings as well. Great pricing and quality work. I highly recommend Jeff. Amazing work. This is my go to guy from now...

Jeff was professional, fair and FAST! I brought him several vintage watches and he gave me good advice on what was worth repair (and not) and explained why some of them were more expensive (basically, the batteries for a few vintage, rare, luxury brand watches are very pricey). He repaired them, didn't even charge me for some of the repairs, and called me about 90 minutes later to tell me he was done! I highly recommend him. I have a vintage watch/ebay problem but I finally have a trustworthy source so I'll be taking him more of my treasures for...

It's been years since I've needed someone to repair my jewelry, so I was at a loss on where to take a treasured bracelet with a broken chain.

Pro-Fix is conveniently located near my workplace and I couldn't be more pleased with the repair! Jeff was able to reattach and solder the link, so my bracelet is as good as new. He also adjusted the watch that I wear each day, so it's snug but comfortable.
