Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Fort Worth

My husband and I went last night and when I tell you the server was rude and very unfriendly, She gave us the smallest portions of rice and meat and toppings we asked for! I got steak and chicken but still got small portions, my husband asked for double meat because she gave him so little rice and others toppings! She did not even smile or take the time to really pay attention at how she was fixing our food, did not even put the lids on properly! This is going to be our last visit to this location as well as our family and friends! It is so sad the amount of money you spend at a Restaurant and you have to endure poor service such as this and the sad part is there were no other customers in line behind us so she had no reason to be rushing or be inconsiderate with the portion of the food, because other location will have that bowl full enough to have leftovers or share some but this was not the case at this location! I hope y'all can hire better employees who will not look down on your customers but treat them as valued customers! Don't know if Chipotle has anyone monitoring reviews cause clearly marketing and management are NOT paying attention to this establishment. Lobby is closed at 8:27 pm on a Friday night. Left dirty. Maybe no one wanted to clean so they decided to close it? Don't have certain food items because availabe because it "wasn't prepped earlier" which as busy as this location is, why can't more food be made? Food line was dirty and guacamole looked it hadn't been touched all day, was already changing color. I mean If y'all don't care to work and keep this establishment open then WHY APPLY FOR THE JOB. Clean and maintain the place because Chipotle claims and markets "Fresh real food" which for the price is what you expect and this place just does not deliver the promise! This is a good change of pace if you want something other than a burger or fried chicken. The problem I have with this location is they want to load down your plate or burrito with rice and don't even give you a full spoonful of meat. At over $10 a burrito you should get a full loop of meat let it be proportionate. The cost of food is going up but we're getting less and less and at this location there was a lady that was really rude. There was next to no meat on my Bowl so I asked her to put some more and her response was do you want double meat? My response back was no I want you to put some meat on my bowl I shouldn't have to order double meat to get a reasonable portion of protein.
