Thank you, to this store and the employees in particular, for sticking up for real hobbyists and collectors and putting scalpers in their place. My husband was able to pick up a Prismatic Evolution surprise box, at MSRP, something I haven't been able to find since scalpers started ruining this hobby.

Why? Because this location strictly enforced a one item per person purchase limit. Multiple people were thrilled to finally have a product in their hands today, and it makes my heart so, so happy. After dealing with the rude, entitled folks down at the Sci-Fi factory down the road, I will be exclusively going to this location for all my Pokémon and gaming needs in the future.

Stopped by to pick up a Nintendo switch last week, the cashier offered to renew my pro membership that had expired. I told her no thanks I just wanted the switch, throughout the entire transaction she made repeated attempts trying to sell me on a pro membership I didn’t want, I simply said no thanks. The cashier tells me my total and when I pulled out cash to pay she mutters “of course” in a very annoyed voice. I waited for 3 hours for the release of the Magic the Gathering Gift Box and the Charizard Ex Set. I was at the very front of the line. When they opened the doors at 10am, they had neither available. My understanding is that the employees kept the merchandise for themselves. I feel that this is extremely unethical and rude to your customers.
