This was our first time here. We were greeted as soon as walked in and seated. We were approached immediately after we sat down if we were ready to order. I was like no we just sat down and started to look at the menu. So we ordered our drinks, which they came in a cans it did not say that on the menu. I ordered sweet tea which was $3 for ONE glass. No one ever came by to ask if I needed a refill or if they kids needed anything else to drink since I'm sure there wasn't free refills with the drinks being in a cans. And there was 3 servers just standing behind the counter doing nothing!! For the price of the food and the drinks we should have gotten better service. I am not one to complain nor not one to not leave a tip but I feel like people should be aware of the service. The pho was good the fried rice was super dry. Experienced the worst service I have ever had and mind you we (me and my 3 kids 13 and older) and one other table was there and there was 3 servers. I get the service industry is hard cuz I worked it when I was their age but you service is how you earn your tips. When I am walking out paying almost $90 in your establishment you should take care of your customers better. Just know I will never go there again. First impressions are...

I called and placed an order for pick up. The guy who answered was RUDE!!!!! I had questions since this was my first time ordering from this place, the guy kept interrupting me and asking if I had anymore questions. He was huffing and puffing sounded very annoyed. I then advised him once again since this is my first time ordering from your establishment But I’m not new to Vietnamese cuisine.
Since my husband was ordering from Caribbean Kitchen TX which is in the same plaza he didn’t want to go anywhere else. I was about to cancel the order and my husband said let’s still try the food….. Welp turns out we waisted money and time! Coming from California and having Vietnamese relatives Pho Real wasn’t even subpar!
I ordered a large round eye and as the picture shows the noodles and beef was the portion of a small. The broth was tasteless so much so that my kids left the full bowl at the table. The crispy egg rolls were tasteless especially the dipping sauce which tasted watered down.
I will not be a repeat customer. The lack of customer service and quality of food was enough for me! I say beware of these mom and pop places who feel like they can treat customers with...
Read moreNice new place. We had the eye of round pho and takeout pho is rarely any good. Pho Real had it perfectly packed and we were able to put it together easily for an amazing pho experience. The broth was delicious.
We tried the A2 beef spring roll on another viewer's recommendation. PR gladly included both sauces (fish sauce and peanut sauce) for us to try. There were 2 large spring rolls (about 4in x1.5 in). There was plenty for 4 people to have a generous sample. I still don't like spring rolls in general, but the price was good to try it. 2 ofus liked them.
Hubby had #96, chicken lime vermicelli. He said it was good but the chicken was a bit dry.
I had #76, Korean beef fried rice. The beef was good, still on the bone, but yummy. The fried rice was unusual...just rice and egg. I had to dress it up some on my own.
20% off for pick up right now. It wasn't perfect, but it was good. We will go back and try more...
