Thai Rice n Noodle — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I have eaten here several times and love the food. I ordered at 6:58p through Grubhub, I have ordered through there before with no issues. After placing my order I get a confirmation stating it will arrive around 7:55p-8:05p, great no big deal. Around 8:15p my order has not arrived, It says for any issues to call the restaurant. I call and ask about my order and was told due to it being a lot of orders the delivery driver took 4 orders and mine was on the way. I stated okay but could you call the delivery driver and make sure I they are in the way. (By this time I am starving) He says I can’t right now, I asked why not he said I would have to call him from another phone, I said okay I’ll wait, he says I can’t right now. I asked so should I just wait? He said yes and hung up, no sorry, or anything. Almost 10 minutes later I get a call from the same guy saying my order was lost and they have to make it now? I said what!!! You blatantly lied to me when I asked you about my delivery and you told me it was on the way. He said due to it being so busy that’s why, I said I get it, but as a restaurant you could have at least checked on it when I asked you to or just been honest. He said we can make it and send it to you, I said how long would that take, he said 50 minutes, I was heated. I said just give me my money back still no apologies or anything. I had to call Grubhub to ensure I was getting me funds back and it was literally credited back after speaking with them. Grubhub did what was right, this place has now respect and no idea how to recover from a bad situation. Unfortunately I will not eat there again. Used to be good. Bad service will kill every business every time. You can have the best food in town, but if your service is bad people will go elsewhere - which I will do. When you place an order to go AND pay a tip you'd expect service, instead of waiting and waiting and waiting while people arrive to dine in after you and get served. Asked when is my food going to be ready and was told they are just bagging it up. A full 10 minutes later... NOTHING. Employees standing around laughing it up. Bad service will kill every business every time.

That's not even the worse. After finally getting home, there's hair in the food. Say whatever you want as a response, but you have bad services and health issue going on if the food has hair in it.

I've ordered from Thai Rice and Noodle, everyday for the past 3 days. The vegetarian spring rolls are filled with fresh carrots, cucumber and vermicelli, and the peanut sauce is the perfect blend of savory and sweet. The vegetarian yellow curry I ordered had tofu and potatoes, both perfectly cooked, and the coconut sauce was absolutely divine. I can safely say that this is the best yellow curry I've ever had. In my opinion, the 3rd level of spicy is just the right touch of heat. The cucumber salad dressing was sweet and very refreshing, all the vegetables were fresh. The chicken used to prepare the sesame chicken that I sampled was fresh, and the breading was just the right amount and perfectly crunchy! The sesame sauce at a 3rd heat level was perfect, not to sweet and not to savory. The food here is so excellent that I wanted to hug and kiss the chef.
