Sushi Nomi by far has the best sushi and rolls! A best try if you have never been! However, beyond the food their customer service is top of the line/ unbeatable! My daughter had wrapped her retainers inside a napkin so that she can eat (that’s a no! No! But teenager these days lol!). Sure enough, after we had paid and left the restaurant, did she realize that she forgot her retainers! I totally freaked out because it would cost $300-500 to have them replaced. I immediately called Sushi Nomi and the nice lady there said she’d look for it. I was so impressed and touched that she offered. Within 5 minutes, I get a call back stating the retainers have been found! We went back to the restaurant to pick it up and I handed her a small token of our appreciation to have gone through the trouble to look for the retainers. However, she refused to accept our gift and insisted that she knows how it is since her son went through what daughter did having retainers. She told us to she won’t accept the gift and gave us hugs and told us to come back and we definitely will! Sushi Nomi, you are a blessing! We so appreciate your care ... it’s not often we get that kind of service in this world! THANK YOU! Again, we highly recommend Sushi Nomi!! Their food is fresh and...

If heaven served nigiri, it’d be called Sushi Nomi.

From the very first bite, Sushi Nomi catapulted me into a state of pure culinary euphoria. The fish? Silkier than a whisper and fresher than gossip at a high school reunion. Each slice of sashimi felt like it had been hand-delivered by Poseidon himself, shimmering with perfection and practically melting on my tongue.

Let’s talk rolls. These aren’t your run-of-the-mill soy-drenched cylinders—no, these are works of art. Picasso would’ve dropped his brush and picked up chopsticks. The textures, the flavors, the sauces that dance with just the right drama—it’s like they choreographed a Broadway show on a bamboo mat.

The rice? Don’t even get me started. Fluffy, perfectly seasoned, and warm like a love letter written in vinegar. Balance? Mastered. Presentation? Immaculate. Service? If royalty dined here, they’d ask the staff for advice on etiquette.

This place doesn’t serve food. It delivers spiritual experiences. I didn’t eat at Sushi Nomi. I transcended.

11/10. Michelin who? This is divine intervention, served...

We have been going to Sushi Nomi almost every weekend (and sometimes during the week) since they opened. I haven't posted a review because, honestly, sometimes you just want to keep the best places to yourself. I have had sushi at some of the most popular and expensive places in Dallas, California, Florida, and beyond. Nothing compares to the freshness of the fish and expertise of Josh, the owner. Ellen, his wife, is so gracious, and Sandy, Diana, and Lilly are just loving and wonderfully fun and sweet. If you ever want to go to a real, family owned, incredibly fresh sushi restaurant, this one will ensure you go nowhere else, ever! And if you love Uni, like I do, well...hands down he only serves the freshest, sweetest taste of the ocean you will ever experience. If your lucky enough to be surprised with the very special Himachi Collar soup, you will know they appreciate how much you love them and their craft. I'm giving away my little secret because Sushi Nomi deserves this kind of praise and acclaim. Just please don't be in our seats at the sushi bar when...

We were so excited to hear about Sushi Nomi’s re-opening as we’ve always loved the food, staff, and chill vibes here. We arrived around 6:30 on a Friday night and were immediately greeted and seated by our friendly waiter and he provided us with menus. We were happy to see our favorites still available, and ordered a Love In Winter Roll, BTS Roll, and a Great Volcano Roll-all three were outstanding. The presentation was beautiful and artful and the food was perfectly assembled. Love In Winter-The torched tuna on top was decorated with a hint of green onions-the flavors came together perfectly. The Great Volcano Roll is always a standout for me–and hands-down best version of this roll in the area-the generous portions of shrimp, scallop, and crab accompanied by delicious sauces was my favorite this evening. We had a great visit here as always, and look forward to many more meals here. I highly recommend Sushi Nomi to anyone looking for high quality, reasonably priced sushi in the area!

Sushi Nomi is an excellent little sushi place. The restaurant is tucked away, and provides for a very intimate setting. There are a few tables and sushi bar seating, with the latter being my personal choice. Sitting at the bar when the restaurant has fewer customers, may result in a surprise sushi sample of the chef's creation. I've been here on multiple occasions, for birthdays and for a casual night out, and have always had amazing meals. My favorites would be the Pandora's Box roll, assorted sushi, and even the Tonkotsu Ramen if you are more in the mood for a hot meal. The staff is always friendly and provide excellent service. Looking forward to my next meal at Sushi Nomi!!!

so. the water is not filtered so tasted like pipe. the chicken katsu was mostly katsu with a piece of paper thin chicken. the beef and noodles was ramen noodles with thin cubes of dried out beef. but the yellowtail sashimi? Beautiful! Thick! Super-fresh! Lesson is: if the place has "Sushi" in the name, best believe they're going to have good sushi and less than good everything else. at least, that's my takeaway from this visit. feel free to make up your own mind, I'm just someone who loves freshness and quality when I eat out. 幸運を(Good Luck!)
