To start off I initially gave this salon 4 stars because of how happy I was with my nails. Done by (kimmy). I hardly ever write reviews. I made an appointment with kimmy. She called out and I was never informed, so I ended up going in to my appointment, and I’m told kimmy called out. I was already there and came from far, so I agreed to let someone else do my nails. I showed a picture of what I wanted. No one seemed to know what color it was. I ended up getting something I didn’t really want, to top it all off the girl who did my nails kept changing the color until finally she finished. My nails were filled horribly and lumpy. I still tipped even though I wasn’t happy. That same night I received a text from Luis, asking how my service went. I explained that I wasn’t happy. He then agreed to make an appointment for me to come back and fix the HORRIBLE job. He initially offered 20% off. I explained that I shouldn’t have to pay because no one informed me kimmy was not going to be there for my appointment. I told him I would give the tech a tip accordingly. He agreed. Fast forward to my appointment a week later. My nails had to be removed and redone so I ended up going with a different color because again it wasn’t what I initially wanted. My nails came out exactly how I wanted them. When I got up to tip kimmy and leave, the lady at the front proceeded to tell me that I have to pay because the color was different, after I had already spoken to Luis. She literally made me send her the exchange of text messages between him and I. I sent them all and she never answered. Fast forward to a couple of weeks later I call to make an appointment with kimmy for the next day to redo my nails. The appointment was set for the next day in the morning. My nail had broken so I proceeded to call back and see if I could go in the same day . I was told kimmy no longer works there and that I would get a call back. No one ever called back so I reached out to Luis. All he did was go back and forth with me on text from apologies to sarcasm. I blocked him and he literally found a way to text me again. I wasn’t going to bother even writing a review until he started disrespecting me. The customer service is perfect until you have a problem Or they screw up. Oh and make sure you read the bad reviews. He says “that was done at a different modern nail” and be aware if you’re not happy...

DON'T GO! Go to another nail salon even if its a little more expensive, It'll definitely be worth it. They messed up FRENCH TIP! Even though it's one of the most basic nail designs. Look at the pics for proof. First I just wanted to start off with the fact that I never write reviews but my experience was so bad I had to, especially because the only reason I came was because of the good reviews and I don't want others to be fooled by the "good reviews" The first picture is what I asked for and the second picture is what I got. I was really disappointed. The male (who did my nails) and the lady who did my sisters nails were so rushed and aggressive with them. My sister nails (pink tip) looks like they dumped half the bottle of pink on her nail. The "tip" is so chunky. My nails simply look like nothing I asked for. Because both our nails came out very ugly and sloppy, I politely explained to the manager that I did not like them and asked if they could fix them. She then told me it was going to be a 40 min- an hour wait however, when other people walked in she told them it was going to be 20 and sat them before me and my little sister which was very rude. I even tried to talk to her again but it seemed like she was ignoring me, walking around the salon when she saw me at the front desk. After seeing that others were sat before us, I then asked her if it was possible to get a refund, and told her that she could honestly take off our nails because we'd rather have our money back than the bad nails. She then proceeded to roll her eyes and told us she does not do refunds which was very frustrating. They said they could either fix the french tip or paint it a full solid color. Me and my sister chose the solid color because we didn't want them to mess up french tip again. Then when it finally came to our turn, I will admit that the new lady doing our nails wasn't mean and tried to make conversation but she didn't do a good job either and it was a simple full color acrylic. There was a lot of air bubbles in the nails and it just looks very sloppy.

POINT IS: DON'T GO. How do nail salons mess up the most basic design. Me and my sister are still very disappointed and wish we could have just gotten a refund so we could have gotten our nails done SOMEWHERE ELSE. It seriously looks like a kindergartener...

This is the third time I’ve been to this Nail Salon and I think this is where I will continue to get my nails done forever. The host/greeter (so far I’ve meet two different people the three times I’ve come) is so kind and accommodating. Truly look forward to seeing them because they are always crazy sweet and don’t rush you to pick out your nail color. You are always offered a selection of drinks. Prices are standard, possibly a bit cheaper than standard. Today I switched my usual up and got a “pearl” cover which did cost an additional $20, however both the greeter and John (the nail tech) informed me of the up charge. I have been to other nail salons who had added additional fees or never identified extra charges until it was time to pay (which is an absolute bummer) however it was so amazing that they were so upfront about the additional charge and so accommodating in letting me choose differently. I decided to get the pearl and let me just say my nails are absolutely beautiful!!!!! I have to finally add that my nails always turn out stellar, I’ve had two of the best nail techs ever, both who take their time and leave me with such quality work on my hands. One young lady (forgot her name so sorry) did so exceptional the first time I came in that I knew had to come back. The second time I came I had a different lady who did feel a tad rushed but it was an extremely busy hour so although she did great it wasn’t the best I’ve ever had. And finally today I had John who just did so phenomenal that I can’t stop looking at my nails even as I type this. They have a lot of workers and of course every nail tech is different and has a different set of skills however I can see that they have a really high standard for letting people walk out with good quality beautiful nails.

Tracy has done my natural dip nails wonderfully! This is going on 3 weeks already and they look amazing. The shape was done perfectly and she made sure to ask anytime before filing too much. Tracy has patience to take her time and even care from getting my ring dirty. I usually have to take it off because no matter how fancy the places I been they tend to completely throw nail dust all over! Tracy did great! 1 less star -because I felt the manager calling out employees on the microphone was inappropriate, considering how small the size is and demeaning even to me. This lost the class I felt you were going for.. I noticed a red head worker with a blazer on, have her discretely call people up to their stations since . -4 plus employees were laying around the last pedi chairs and it felt kinda awkward- would be nice if you had a nice area for them to have their privacy where they feel comfortable enough to stay.. -Lastly, the manager knew I had a horrible experience with my nails at another place which required some fake nails and other nails to be smaller and he kept arguing me to not schedule with the same lady after I asked 3x , “to give others a chance, if it’s not right it will be fixed” however, I don’t have time to waste and I don’t want my natural nails length or shape to be screwed up - if your customers are strong about it especially after 3 times - remember it’s our time, our money, and some of us our natural nails. It’s not my problem if the business is trying to avoid specific customers to their workers to build that relationship-that’s a you problem. I am a customer who wants consistency and time is my most valuable.
