Poke Stop — Restaurant in Fort Worth

The Poke Stop is a great little place if you're in the mood for some good poke. The quality of the fish was good and the flavors were really nice without being overbearing. I had the Atlantis bowl +crab mix and the flavors paired well together.

The server there was fantastic. He knows what good customer service is about. First, he was knowledgeable about the products being sold, he was very friendly and personable, and was very genuine; not only with us, but every person that walked in. He even gave us a complimentary tasting of a Korean rice wine and let us take a picture of the bottle so we could get one at the store. Workers like that are hard to come by in this industry and most restaurants don't seem to understand that.

I've been in this industry for over 15 years and know that great customer service can turn a good restaurant into a great restaurant. Especially during this pandemic, when restaurants have been devastated by the impact; it is more essential to have great customer service because people's ideals and expectations have changed during this pandemic.

Genuinely the best poke we have found in the area. The prices are absolutely reasonable, but that is definitely not what makes this place fantastic. The portions are so well balanced. You're not going to get a massive heap of rice hiding just below a pittance of toppings. You get a perfect, and generous, balance of what you ask for. Whether you go for one of the signature bowls, or you know what you're doing well enough to build your own, you'll not be disappointed. I'd recommend the Spicy Ahi bowl to anyone, and the Seaweed Salad is delicious! I've eaten at the location and had it delivered, and was surprised at how well it traveled. The people here have been great, too. Offering information when we said it was our first time there. And the decor is so neat. I really love the graphic novel wallpaper. Lastly, my 4 year old devoured her "build your own" with tuna, yellow tail, mango, and asparagus, and if a 4 year old will eat your raw fish, you know you have all of the right flavors from quality...

I am updating to change my 5 star review to 2 stars.We've been coming here and ordering delivery for a few months. Tonight the food was pretty bad. Unfortunately, it's really inconsistent. Tonight the crunch on our sushi was noticeably stale and not crunchy. The chicken and fries wasn't good. The seasoning is inconsistent. Sometimes they have enough, sometimes not enough and sometimes too much. The fries were 1/2 undercooked and half overcooked and stale - as if they mixed old fries with new fries and refried them. My Poke Bowl had mushy overripe mango and slimy black cilantro. If it were fresh, I'd still mark it 3 because it's not consistent in seasoning or in portion sizes in the Poke Bowl ingredients.
