Can't no star this place, unfortunately. I came in looking for a nice drink after a long day. The lady at the front, very personable. Not very negotiable. I originally wanted to get high noons $24 for an 8pk steep as is. I settle on trulys. A great flavor selection, unfortunately it was expired by a YEAR! On the shelf, taped up. This should have been my warning sign, but I was ambition on the flavors. I bought it, noticed the date once I was home. I called, and the lady was reasonable at first, but once I asked for at least the high noons in return. She wasn't fair. I drove 15 mins home and 15 mins back to drop off THEIR EXPIRED ALCHOL. Not even to be compensated with a box of alcohol that cost $3 more. I took a cash refund and when asked for a receipt they didn't give me a copy. Shady and not worth anyone's time. Go up the street to Liquor King not even 2 mins up the road. NEVER AGAIN! Hope TABC...
Read moreI am writing to you today to express my sincere gratitude for your help in finding a rare item of liquor (i.e. A midwinter Night's Dram Limited Engagement) for my beloved friend. I had been searching for this particular bottle for months, and I was starting to lose hope. However, your knowledgeable staff was able to track it down for me. I was so excited to find this rare liquor bottle at a great price!
I was particularly impressed by the level of customer service I received. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful employee who was eager to assist me. She took the time to listen to my needs and then made several recommendations. She also offered to order the bottle for me if it was not in stock.
I am so glad that I decided to shop at your store. I was able to find the perfect gift for my friend, and I know that he will be absolutely thrilled. Thank you again...
Read moreAbsolutely unacceptable business practice. This business sold a bottle of Blantons to my cousin for 299 dollars without her knowing that is 5x MSRP. When she found out after texting us, she was rudely talked to and angrily told she was not allowed to return the bottle, she hadn’t even left the parking lot. There is a difference between saying “this is an expensive bottle” and “this is an expensive bottle because we are driving the price up from 65 dollars to 299”. I understand what supply and demand is, but I also understand when someone or something is an unethical dumpster fire. You knowingly mislead and took advantage of someone that didn’t know how marked up this product was and didn’t give her 15 minutes to return it and move on. Everyone needs to caution their family members before stepping foot in this...
