Took my Mother’s ring in to be repaired and resized. It was her wedding band that she made into a Mother’s ring several years ago. She hasn’t been able to wear it for a few years as it was too small, plus one of the stones had fallen out. Grissom’s replaced the stone and enlarged it from a 7 to an 8.5 flawlessly. Seriously, I can’t even tell where they added to the band, and it’s not a smooth band. It’s fairly intricate, yet it looks like it was purchased this size. I can not wait to see my Mom’s face when I give it back to her. Most surprising was how reasonable the price was.

Super friendly staff, great customer service and beyond reasonable prices. This is my new go to jewelry store. Not to mention they saved me over $375 by repairing two loose stones (for free) in my channel ring, cleaning it, and giving me a second opinion regarding how bad the channels really were. I just called to get a rough estimate on restringing a pearl necklace. The lady I spoke to told me it was impossible to give me an estimate or even to know if they were capable of stringing my pearl necklace. I told her that my pearls were 12 to 14 mm, round, 0.8 mm drill hole, 18 inches in length, french wire, and had a normal hook clasp. Her response was she still had to see it in person, this is the first time in 15 years of having my pearls restrung that I needed someone to see them in person to give me an estimate. The very clear message is that restringing my pearls wasn't worth their time. If restringing my pearls isn't worth their time, when I go buy new pearls, diamonds, or any other jewelry, they won't be worth my time.

Amazing jeweler! My wife and I moved to TX from out of state and were in need of a good jeweler that we trust. We really wanted a place that does all repairs in house, no pressure sales and privately owned, Grissom's checks all those boxes. I worked with Grissom's to upgrade my wife's solitaire diamond in her wedding ring and had her old diamond placed in a pendant. Rhonda was exceptional and so was all of the staff, they were very patent with me, zero pressure whatsoever and really wanted my wife and I to be happy with our purchase.
