Dirty, Goss & Overpriced! I had a family emergency so I had to go to Fort Worth. A family member was in the hospital and this was one of the few hotels I could find that was somewhat close to the hospital. My family had to drive over 7 hours to come see our family member and when we finally got in I had sat down for about 5 minutes but I got a call from the hotel asking if I want to cancel my reservation since I hadn't checked in. I told them no and then they asked me if I specifically knew when I would be there. I got off the phone with them, visited with our family member some more and it got late enough I decided me and my children would head out to the hotel. GPS was messing up so it took us even longer to get there. After hours you have to pull up to a drive thru. I was charged $20 non-refundable deposit, which my bank will be reversing once it's posted to my account. Anyways, I got our key and went to our room. No one had cleaned our room. Someone had slept in our room and not cleaned anything. I went back out to the office aka drive thru and told them. I had to wait because they didn't believe me. They didn't have any more rooms with queen size beds available, so they gave us a king sized bed. They also wouldn't change the price either. I went in and was pretty horrified to find dirt all over. The AC was damaged and there was dirt and dust all over everything . Even the bed. I dusted the bed off and I started bringing things in. I have a 16 month old and I didn't let her pack n play touch anything except the floor because these are the kinds of situations that people bring home bugs from. My 5 year old took a shower, but very carefully because there was dirt and dead bugs in the bath room. There was dirt and hair around the "sample" shampoo and conditioner. There was dirt on the wall. I checked the towels and bed, those linens were clean, despite the dust/dirt on the sheet near the part of the bed that met the wall. I wiped it off and we basically slept on the top sheet, not disturbing anything so we didn't have to be exposed to anything. We slept for a few hours and left ASAP. I regret ever staying here. I will spend more money next time because I'm a nurse and this is the exact kind of situation that people get illnesses from....

A found this on google after a late night venue in Ft. Worth that I had driven from Houston to see. I had taken a power nap at the venue parking lot, which let out at 2230 for approximately 3 hours, realized I was still too tired to drive home, so I googled hotels near me, which this one was approximately 4-6 miles. The site advertised rooms, I can't rem specifically but between $38-$47 ballpark range. So I went came here to get a room. First the gentleman at the desk, wanted a deposit, ok whatever, I don't do that a Marriot or Hilton but I did it, then he said he can honor the price they have advertised because it was for 16th of Feb, keep in mind IT IS/WAS after midnight therefor making it the 16th of Feb, so he ended up $85.00, plus the $20 deposit, which I still haven't gotten back 3 days after the charge and I used another card for that. so then I get to the room and the room is disgusting, GROSS, dilapidated. I call the attendant, can't hear him on the dirty phone, sounds like it is in a tunnel, so he comes to the room I show him the issues: 1-hole in the wall behind the door. 2-Stains on the bedding, didn't even use their bedding used my own. 3-The bathtub has a hole in it, to where you can almost fall into 4-It was approximately 20-30 degrees that evening/morning there is a gap between the entire door to the outside almost 1/2" 5-The Wash Clothes are so used, your fingers can fit through their holes. 6-Toilet paper dispenser just from touching the TP is about to fall off the wall. 7-lamp shades busted. 8-Bed covering has multiple cigarette burns/holes, he just takes it off and puts on the dresser. 9- The smart TV isn't smart wouldn't connect to any streaming platforms 10-Wall sockets are loose from the wall, a hazard for you or children 11-Luggage rack, broken/bent 12-Door jams both, separating from the wall.

We got the room and the sheets were sticky with nail polish. Our TV was broken. We changed our sheets ourself and the woman refused to have anyone come look at our TV. I was ok with this until I changed the sheets and a bed bug came falling out of the mattress. I then found other bugs in my room along with other people's clothes. We went to the counter to request another room and she refused to give it to us and refused to give us a refund. We had to leave because we didn't want to sleep on a bed bug infested bed. She never apologized to us until I said something about her not apologizing and then she told me it wasn't her responsibility for the room to be clean. She said she would check out the room herself and then supposedly did it without us being present and said that room 101 was good and that we couldn't have a refund because we had been in it already. We were not in the room for more than 3 hours. We were polite and tried to be understanding but the bed bug was the last straw. All I wanted was another room or a refund and she refused. She practically called us liars without actually saying it. Want to note that The GM contacted me and said that everything was fine, he also informed me that the front desk clerk lied to him and wrote down in their checkout book that we stayed there for a full 8 hours. Which was a lie, we checked in at 2:45pm and left by 7:30pm. Also informed me that are TV worked perfectly which it did not. They are scammers. Contacted health department and my bank for investigation. They take advantage of the poor and people who pay in cash, knowing they won't give refunds. So glad I paid with a card and my bank got my my money back I uploaded a video of the front desk clerk disrespecting us to TikTok Check it out @brittanymargot

This is my first time EVER doing a review about a service I received. I usually just keep it pushing and give people or business the benefit of the doubt because I know things can happen and we are all human. BUT THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY WHOLE 28 years of life! When we first got there it was a hassle checking in and it took almost 30 minutes… Since I had somewhere to be I could not drop my bags off and check the room.. fast forward to when I arrived back to the hotel it’s midnight at this point.. I walk in and there is BLACK MOLD, ROCHES, dirty AND BURNT bed sheets which is a surprise because it clearly states NO SMOKING. After discovering a nasty room I tried to call the front desk .. the rooms do not have a phone so I had to call from my personal phone and the front desk NEVER PICKED UP. I walked downstairs with my newborn and to my surprise NOBODY AT THE FRONT DESK! The room was so nasty we had to sleep on the car. We chose the hotel because it was close to our job and we literally spent our last penny here. The next day when I finally talked to the front desk they informed me since I didn’t contact the front desk last night there was nothing they can do (and he also made the statement there is 24/7 staff at the desk) which is not true. He stated if I wasn’t satisfied I can leave and have the rest of the money for the future night’s refund… that’s was on a Saturday.. I called everyday day for up to 5 days regarding the refund and John at the front desk was super rude and did not try to help the situation. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy…. Being homeless with a newborn because a hotel can not process a refund is beyond ridiculous. If you see this hotel and the prices are cheap RUNNNNNNN AWAY!! It’s not worth your peace of mind.

Everything that could go wrong upon check in has gone wrong. The room I'm staying in is disgusting. My pillow looks like it has dried blood in it. One of the sheets has a burnt hole in it. Even the towels have stains/holes/rips. My non smoking room smells like an ashtray. Almost certain they will never replace anything in this room and that everything here has a lot of "mileage". The first thing you are greeted with is a list of stipulations if you're going to stay there. Pretty intense and unwelcoming. Before coming here make sure you buy new sheets, pillows, towels, candles and most importantly, lysol disinfectant spray. Because the staff and management clearly doesn't care. Parking is a mess for bigger vehicles because more than half of the spots are next to very strict fire zones. So have fun trying to sleep wondering if you'll get towed. Even worse than the room is the customer service. Upon check in the attendant was very dry and genuinely unwelcoming. It sets the stage for the mess that you van undoubtedly expect.I had to sign and initial over 4 different papers checking in. Almost like signing your life away because the experience was sketchy. This property seems to be privately owned. You can tell nobody really cares. I should have taken prior reviews more serious. What a dump. I hope my review stands as a lesson and warning to any planning to stay here. My suggestion is to pay the extra $10 and save yourself the hassle.
