I walked in to order a part and went straight to parts. That guy was helpful. I then proceeded to purchase some stuff I needed which was quite a bit. The blonde headed lady (cashier) with glasses came near and I said “Hello, doing all right today?” She didn’t respond and walked off. I continued shopping, mind you I’ve been in there for at least 30 minutes and still not one employee spoke to me at all except when I asked for a price check. It was about mid day and I was the Only customer and I had seen 3 or 4 employees by then. I went to check out and then Both ladies didn’t say one word to me Only Gave me rude looks. The brunette older lady also had Nothing to do with me even after I offered to help sack my things, and said thank You. I left and when I did my lights were on and my battery was dead. I went straight to the nice guy Thomas and Cindy (a very impatient rude Assistant Mngr) said “Thomas WENT TO LUNCH WHATD YA NEED!?” I said “Ma’am, I just ordered a part and was shopping, while I was in here, my battery died. Is someone here that can give me a jump or could you please help me?” She replied, “ Oh no, I don’t do that.” I said “ No worries I have the cables and it would literally just take one minute because I have a Two door.” She said “no not that I can’t I just don’t do that type of thing.” “Can Anyone here please help me it literally will only take a minute and I parked right here in the front and I’m the only customer here.?..”. She answered “W Well there’s so and so but I don’t think you’ll want to help, and then there is him in the back but I don’t think he does that kind of thing either… “. “Can we ask at least someone? What would Jesus do?” She then didn’t say anything. Read moreI bought 2 pressure washers from this particular Northern Tool, 1- 7 months ago, 1- 5 weeks ago and both of the pumps kept overheating. So I called them about their warranty on the pumps and they asked me to bring it in, so i did. Let me remind you my pumps were still in working condition but with them overheating they weren't going to stay in working condition. Everyone in that store was rude to me and didn't want to help me from the moment i stepped foot in there. 3 weeks passed so I called them about the warranty repair and the guy (very rudely) told me the warranty only covers manufacturer defects, so they weren't covered under the warranty, they needed a new pump (which I have), so I went to pick them up today and he tore these pressure washers down to 100's of pieces, tore them completely apart and had a box full of 100's and 100's of small piece parts. I dropped these off fully intact. They refused to put them back together, I don't even know if I have all the parts. I paid them a $80 to check the warranty, and now I'm stuck with a box full of junk because of what they did to my pressure washers. I paid $2500 for these and they didn't last 5 weeks before overheating. This location and everyone, including the store manager are trash, rude, I'm in a much worse position now than I was before calling them. I use my pressure washer for business and so I could not work with the timeframe and the Fort Worth location could look at it the same day. So when I went to pick it up to take it to the Fort Worth location Robert got mad and talked rudely about the service guy in Fort Worth. This should never be allowed to happen at a professional place of business. This Perlison location is closer to me so I will use it for a few things but when I need my machine serviced on I will not be taking it back in to Robert. He could have a handled it all cool and saved a customer. Because I understand he can't look at it that quick but I need it looked at quicker so I have the choice to pick it up and take it elsewhere. And that made him mad.
I don't understand why it takes him a week to even get around to looking at it when the other locations are able to look at...
