I would like to give NO stars. I’m rarely the kind of person who write reviews. But, based off the most shockingly rude behavior and comment that I’ve witnessed tonight being a regular customer/rewards member. I have to give my feedback. It’s sad to say that when you politely/respectfully give a nail technician your honest/truthful opinion on work that’s done. You get in return blatant disrespect and such words said to you as, Next time tell me the person who do your nail that way you don’t waste time or MY time. So, to get a clear and more detailed story this is what happened. Today Wednesday, November 8, 2023 @ approximately 05:23 pm I went to Nail Time & day Spa to have my daughter’s nail fixed after her tip had broken off in school. When I came into the salon the place was surprisingly less busy from its usual environment. That’s when I decided to have a seat and patiently wait until the front desk agent was finished with the customer that was currently at the counter. Shortly after, the customer was done being checked out, the worker with the blonde haircut who I always see every time I come for servicing asked me what work was I getting done. I’d shown him my daughter’s nails and said a single nail repair. That’s when he responded, ok you could have a seat and we’ll get it fixed. I then waited perhaps 6-8 minutes. No problem! Thereafter, he called my daughter over and she sat at the very first station right behind the front desk. That’s when I stood there for maybe 2 minutes just to make sure she was comfortable, then I stepped away to return to the seats up front until she was done. Once the work was complete she’d called me over. That’s when I proceeded to walk over to her to pay as well as check the results. When I took a look at her nail I was in complete shock. Not only was the nail nothing like her original set. But, it was sloppily done. When I told the nail tech it didn’t match not even close to her other nails. He then asked who did her original nails? I responded, your co-worker Minh. That’s when he said I could just take it off and you come tomorrow and have him fix it instead. I said that’s fine do I still pay? He exclaimed as I aforementioned, Well next time have the person who do your nail fix it that way you don’t waste time or MY TIME. Once he’d said that my daughter and I both were in shock and she said wow I don’t want him to do anything I’ll just leave it for tomorrow. I must say I was not only bothered by his comment, but I felt as though he was disrespectful to my child and me. To make it worst, when I told him that his behavior wasn’t necessary another guy/worker with glasses chimed in without invitation and began waving me off saying whatever goodnight. Even after such ridiculousness I stilled paid the cash as asked yet, I was so furious. Just from me writing this extremely long review, I would definitely like for others to know how unprofessional and crude some workers at this particular salon could be. As for wonderful nail techs as Minh, Ken and a few others, I feel sorry for the business you could/would lose from your...

I was recommended to Nail Time and Day Spa by a family member after recently moving here about a year ago. I’ve been here a few times and used Sandy and Vicki 2 with absolutely no issues. I loved both of their work! Unfortunately today I got someone different. I came in for a soak off and new set. I stated I needed a soak off to the receptionist as well as the nail tech. I told the nail tech twice before the service started I needed my current set SOAKED off. He started filing the nails down they usually do before soaking them off. Next thing I know the nail starts popping my nails off. I did have some that had already lifted and were barely hanging on. But once the nail tech got to my thumb that was NOT lifting whatsoever he tried to pry it off. When the tech forced it off he ended up ripping my real nail from the nail bed about 1/4 of the way up my nail. Of course my nails off started bleeding and the tech asked me if it hurt as if it wasn’t supposed too. He just ripped my nails off from my nail bed and it’s bleeding!! Of course it hurts! I then stated AGAIN that’s why I said to soak them off. I wish I would have gotten a picture before the tech put the solution on it to stop the bleeding. These were supposed to be my birthday nails since my birthday is in a couple days. Now my nail is burning and throbbing in pain and will be for my birthday. If it wasn’t for me being a really nice person I would not have tipped.

This wasn’t the first time I got a tech there that didn’t listen when I said to soak my nails off. I had a previous experience with another tech who I mentioned several times I wanted to soak a current set off before having a new set applied. I told the tech several times while she was trying to pry the set I had on off that I asked to soak them off. Eventually that tech soaked them off but it took 4 or 5 times telling the nail tech I wanted...

I should have listen to my first mind. I went into Nail Time Day spa Friday Aug 23 @ 6:35p. I knew I had only 1 hour before they close. So I told MYSELF I'm only getting my nails done. And come back tomorrow to do my pedicure, because I didn't want them rushing and doing a Sloppy job. They guy at the front desk was very nice he greeted with a smile. He inform me to pick out my color. I've always gotten two colors on my nails at other spas, but never been charged before for the extra color. That was a first in my 40+years, but whatever. She did such a wonderful job on my nails I guess it was the cheep polish that made them chip I'm not sure. The job she did on my nails made me ask her name. Jessica she said. I then ask what time you work tomorrow (Saturday). I would like for you to do my pedicure. She then replied 'no I do for you now.' I looked at the clock by this time it was 6:50pm. I then replied noooo, I don't want you rushing. "Jessica" assured me that she would not rush and it would be pretty. With hesitation I a gree to let jessica do my pedicure. I even tipped her $10 before she even got started just to give her an extra incentive to do my toes really pretty as she said. That was Dumb of me. And I never tip no more than $6 dollars. I guess I was feeling myself, I had a little extra overtime money. She started out going slow. Then all of a sudden from nowhere she started moving at a faster pace by this time it was after 7pm. I was done before the people that was seating down before me. Once I got in the car I noticed my toes were half painted. I went back inside before they lock the door, and the guy at the front desk re painted my toes. I didn't feel the cuts and brused on my feet until after i sat in the car and settled down. By this time they where close and gone. Next time I will go with my...
