Just came back from a vacation, my iphone 3g had water damage I threw it in the rice bag hoping it would fix the problem. It worked till i got back to Fort worth noticed my touchscreen wasn’t working so I took it to AT&T they couldn't do anything about the touchscreen. They referred me to Fullbars, hesitated but needed to retrieve my pictures and contacts since all my vacation pictures were in my phone.
I told the technician I already got the new phone but ATT couldn't transfer my contacts and pictures from my old iphone because they couldn't type the password. The tech worked on my phone and was able to make the touchscreen work but i would have to pay extra to transfer pics so I went back to ATT and haven't pay Fullbars yet. ATT were able to transfer my contacts to my new phone but not the pics by this time I knew Fullbars were closing for the day. So I called and the tech waited for me not only he was able to transfer my contacts and all my pictures he went beyond the duty call to make sure all the pictures were transferred by this time it was closed to 6pm. They normally closed at 5pm on Saturday. Thanks, PC for go above and beyond so I get all my pictures which meant so much to me and my family. Thanks for trusting me enough to let me take off w/o paying first so ATT can assist me. I don't find people running business like that anymore, I will definitely sending more people your way. Thanks for the trust and...
Read moreI am extremely pleased with my experience at Fullbars! I'm from out of town and unfortunately accidentally dropped my phone in the toilet. :( I retrieved it within seconds, but it was too late. Within minutes the screen went black. I rushed to put it in a bag of rice, and then tried to find a phone repair company in Fort Worth where I was staying. After one person told me "you may as well use it as a paperweight now", I found Fullbars. They were very honest, told me there was only a 50/50 chance of recovering the phone, but they would try. They told me they would have to remove every component in the phone to remove all the water. They told me the maximum price they would charge, and I agreed. Within 1 1/2 hours they had completely rebuilt my phone. It worked exactly as it had prior to its water misadventure. I am incredibly lucky to have found Fullbars. Fullbars is a professional company worthy of your business. I recommend them to anyone who needs advice/assistance with cell phone and computer...
Read moreI took my phone there after I had attempted to change the screen and ran into difficulties. He fixed me up very reasonably. Toon an iPhone 6 there, another time, and he said it was stuck in a 'boot loop'. It would power up, show the apple logo, and power off. No charge, and he said maybe they could fix it at the apple store. Several of their people looked at it. They managed to delete my data, told me the battery was bad, couldn't get it out of the loop, tried to sell me a $39 charge cord I could get for $9 at Walmart, and tried to sell me another iphone. Not a chance in Hell; I will never have ANY apple product, partly because they are not compatible with anything except other apple products. As for the people, incompetence is my experience with THEM. Full Bars has done me right every time, and a friend, too, whose phone fell off his truck hood, going down the road. This is my go-to place. I'm going to carry my burned a32 galaxy in, to see if he can recover the data, and transfer it into...
