I gave 2 stars because like someone previously mentioned, I was basically ignored when I went in. Now, Iâm not sure if this was due to I was in shortly after the COVID shutdown, but the lady at the front was super friendly and courteous to another lady whom wanted to try on a pair of shoes. I was barely acknowledged. Super cute boutique shop with name brands like Marc Fisher and Rebecca Minkoff, but if you canât ask me if I need help or if Iâm looking for something specific, Iâll find a shop thatâll be more warm and friendly. The quilted tan Minkoff bag was super cute, but why drop $300 when the staff doesnât seem to think youâve got the money to spend...at least thatâs how it felt. I could be wrong, but thatâs the vibe I got while I was there. After working in retail sales for several years, I learned one very important thing. NEVER judge a book by its cover. We all do it, but honestly, youâd be shocked as to what ppl will spend their money on, or maybe theyâve been saving and want to buy something they normally wouldnât. Plus, those Mystique bling sandals yâall had on display would have looked amazing for an outdoor wedding Iâm in this summer...since heels in grass are tricky!đ Well thatâs just my experience.    Read morehad a very disappointing experience with this company. I purchased a necklace and earrings online, and when I received them, I decided I wanted to return the necklace only. When I reached out to initiate the return, thatâs when I was told the item was âfinal sale.â This was never disclosed anywhere on the website at the time of purchase, and it certainly wasnât stated on the invoice I received in the box. The company only brought this up after I asked to return the necklace.
I explained this to them multiple times and asked for a reasonable solution, but instead of trying to help, they doubled down and eventually just stopped responding altogether. I sent several emails and even asked to speak with the owner, but no one ever got back to me.
To me, this feels very misleading. If something is final sale, that should be clearly displayed before checkout, not hidden (or worse, only mentioned after the fact). Itâs unfair to the customer and creates a terrible buying experience.

Upon entering we were greeted and we decided to look around and i happened to wonder over to what i assume was the hold rack, which i had no idea. I was just looking and didnt touch anything and out of nowhere a blonde girl came up behind and abruptly said âthats not for youâ and grabbed a dress and walked away. She then continued to avoid when we asked for help and eventually another girl helped us with the dressing rooms and kindly let us use the bathroom to try stuff on since the dressing rooms were full. I totally dont mind being told that the dress was on hold and i had to look elsewhere, but it felt very pointed and rude.
