On 1/15/25 at 3:39pm; location 11280 S Fortuna Rd Yuma AZ 85367; order ID: AABRSMQEAJA8. Drive thru name Julia Lizarraga. All staff members on the day were all extremely unprofessional and rude. I ordered 4- 4 piece chicken strips combos thru the drive thru. Julia told me to pull over to the side while my meals were being prepared. When another staff member brought my order to my car I noticed I only got the chicken strips, no frys no bread. I told the lady Iâm missing frys & she went back inside. Something in my mind told me to get off my car and show a staff member my receipt so I get the correct food. When I approached the register counter I said âhello Iâm missing frys and bread to my combosâ a different tall caucasian lady with a nose piercing said ânext time specify you want frysâ I said maâam my receipt shows I ordered and paid for frys. I showed her my receipt. The employee then said âlike I said you need to specify you want frys and a drinkâ I responded âI didnât order a drink all Iâm asking for is my missing frys, instead of being argumentative, please give me my frys. She walked away and started preparing the frys. Another female employee handed me a bag with a single box filled half way with frys. I had 4 separate orders for 4 separate people and she dumps all the frys in one single box and says here you go. At this point my tenders are cold and all I wanted To do is go home. I had to make frys at home in my air fryer because there wasnât enough to feed 4 people. I am so insulted on the behavior the all the 3 staff members had with me. The unprofessionalism they carry for your brand is baffling. I really hope they get coached on how to treat a guest in your establishment with hospitality...
   Read moreI recently stopped by the Dairy Queen in the foothills, and unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. The ice cream was just "okay"ânot bad, but nothing to write home about. What really stood out, though, was the poor service. The employees were incredibly rude and seemed entirely uninterested in providing a positive experience. Their demeanor was off-putting, and honestly, they looked like they were in a daze, which was quite concerning.
As for the cleanliness of the place, it was horrendous. The floors were sticky, the tables weren't wiped down, and it just felt uncomfortable to sit and enjoy my dessert in such a messy environment.
If you're looking for a delightful ice cream experience, I highly recommend heading to the Baskin-Robbins just down the street instead. Not only do they have a much better selection of flavors, but their staff is friendly and attentive. Plus, they maintain a clean atmosphere, and youâll get better value for your money there as well. Instead, the menu was limited to chicken items, and I noticed a lack of variety with no lettuce options available. I ended up ordering the six-piece tenders and a milkshake, which were adequate after my workout, but it wasn't quite what I had hoped for.
To improve the experience, it might be helpful for the restaurant to consider expanding the menu to include burgers or other options that could attract more customers. I even mentioned to one of the staff members that the lack of burgers might be a reason for the low foot traffic during my visit. With a more diverse menu, the location could potentially see an increase in business. Thank you for the laughter and good vibes, but I hope to see some changes...
