There are no handicap parking places, no way for handicapped people to use the restrooms. The service is good. The Theatre has also gotten new screens and chairs. I am putting the facilities at "Poor-Fair" because, I am a handicapped person. The restrooms are hard for me to use, has stairs to walk down into them. Also, no parking places in front of theatre for handicapped persons. I will be sending a letter to Paraquad for this. We will see what happens. The theatre had lines out the door to see "After Earth", only one cashier open for tickets, only one cashier open for the concessions. Should have had more registers open for tickets. Next time we see a movie it will be at Broadway...
Read moreThis is a pretty decent local theater. I like that it's never crowded, the popcorn is reasonably priced, and they even serve beer and wine. They also have hot dogs, nachos, candy and icees. The sound quality is definitely better than the movie theater on Broadway in Eureka. The place could probably use some renovations. There's no a/c, so it can get a little warm in the summer. Read moreI have a family of 8 that only sees movies at this theater. We make a point to spend our money here to support local business. Tonight we watched Jurassic world and had this movie interrupted all night by two teenagers. When I finally asked a manager to do something about it he pulled them from the theater to then allow them back in. Which they laughed at our family and continued their antics. Sadly the management should have handled this better. This will greatly affect where we choose to see movies...
