We've lived in Fountain Inn for nearly 18 months and tonight we visited The Wine Fountain for the first time to hear local boy, Ryan Spencer perform. What can I say about The Wine Fountain? It's homely. It's welcoming. It's a master class on how to run a bar in a small town. Not showy. Just home. Tiffany, the barmaid is a treasure. The owners, who we didn't get a chance to chat to were attentive and just there. Everywhere. In the nicest possible way. Chatting to regulars like they were family. The guy playing music we have seen many times and he a good friend. He played a song for us for our anniversary.
