Five Below — Local services in Fountain Valley

I just wanna say WOW to this store in Fountain Valley. On Monday morning my dad who doesn’t speak any English went in asking for assistance and when he was greeted by a young man with tattoos. Just want to mention that he went above and beyond and took his time to go help my dad with products he needed from your store. This young man not only took his time to help my dad, but also had time to explain what chargers goes to what phones to ensure he was getting the right item. In addition, he was very friend and took the time to ring him up with great attitude something that other stores don’t have. Now my dad has been to several stores and has had quité bad experience because of his language barrier. But he said he was very impressed at how this young man’s customer service was given. My dad is not easily impressed but this young man left him with great impression that he even said we don’t see that kind of customer service anymore. So I just wanna say thank you for having such a great employee and I wish I could remember his name but all we know is that he has tattoo and hope he gets a raise again thank you for making my father have such a great experience and helping him.I will def keep coming back to this store...

I love coming to this place to see what they have, and this time i was looking for affordable xmas gifts, and they had a whole bunch!! I spent more than i thought I would, but i got so many great presents! I got a wonderful fur pillow case, and i got two sets of 6 essential oil blends, plus I got one light changing oil diffuser! Each of these were just $5.00! I also stocked up on the candys I like to get here I always get big candy bars for 2 dollars. These are nice big bars i got three of the delicious delicious midnight chocolate 🍫 milky way bars. And lots of Lindt chocolate. They have smaller bags byt they are 4 dollars which is great! I think I spent about 70 dollars but i got so much stuff! I cant remember everything! I will keep going to this place it us really great for...

I went shopping here last week. Everything was so cool. First time at 5 below. I was checking out at the self check out that they have there and I had the worst experience of my life. The employees are so rude and disrespectful. It blew my mind. Don’t shop here it’s a waste of money. The employees and managers are rude. If you touch something that falls on the floor they force you to pay for it. That’s wrong. It’s horrible customer service. Made my daughter cry and my niece, because they were scared. Any manager that forces you to buy something when nothing is wrong with the item is wrong and horrible customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR...
