Actually went to Shin Sen Gumi. The service was great, everyone was super friendly with an equal level of efficiency. The Hakata Ramen was pheRAMENal. Hahaha. I added the green chili butter bomb and a poached egg. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the broth had a delicate yet rich flavor with just the right amount of kick and the poached egg was a perfect soft poach. This mall is down the street from our manufacturing company and we use the UPS Store to ship some of our products so we're here often. The Dollar Tree is also here and so convenient for stocking up on stuff like hand soap and toilet paper for the office. Of course there's the Costco and PetSmart & Ross Dress for Less which are the big draws, along with Starbucks which does big business here. I frequent the Subway as well. I came in the Sam's club to see if I can see a past receipt from 2021 for warranty issue on something I bought I was told I had to call this 800 number because they could not go back that far (Costco can) I called the number and I was told to research it it might take five to 10 days before I would get an answer on it unacceptable if I can't do it on the app then they should be able to do it in the store on their computer system so that is why my rating is going to...
