I went in couple of days ago to look at a floor sample that was only available in this store. I talked to Veronica and from the start she seemed like she didn't really want to help.After looking at the item making sure it wasn't damaged. I told her I'd come back the next day to get it and she said she wouldn't be there so I asked when shed be back (since she offered me a discount) and she said Thursday. I went in today to make the purchase and Luke was helping me out which he was great btw. Very patient and sweet. She came out of her office and with an attitude she told me she wouldn't honor the discount she gave me because I didn't purchase it that day. I explained to her that I was a university student and that I was gonna be late to work but she didn't seem to care and with a horrible attitude she said she won't honor the discount and walked away from the conversation.
