Gwen was nice, she called me and offered me loaner filling cabinets, and explained that the manufacturer was delayed but that was after her employee was rude and I posted these reviews which I told him I was going to and he said go for it, he tried bullying me and telling me he was going to keep a 30% restocking fee if I cancelled. Maybe the manufacturer should pay that fee since it's their fault??? 2 stars is a true rating of my experience all together. I was a returning customer myself and to be honest the service was just so so when I was there on many occasions. this will be my last.

Not sure who's running this place. I went in and purchased some office furniture that had to be ordered, I was told 3 weeks so I paid the $4600 now i'm 3 weeks in and call the store to get my delivery date and the guy on the phone starts telling me its 3 more weeks out and that when I was told 3 weeks its actually "business" days which is 4 weeks. After arguing with him about what I was told when I purchased it all I told them to just cancel my order if they aren't going to deliver to the agreed upon terms and they tried making me pay a 30% restocking fee. I will never shop here again. tons of furniture stores out there, this place is regular full price nothing special and cant even deliver on time. Just make your purchase on the web if you want...

This is my second purchase, my first being a file cabinet which I absolutely loved. Thereafter I purchased my dream desk. My work experience has completely changed since purchasing it. Not only is it a beautiful piece of furniture, but it is sturdy and has plenty of room for all my files. The delivery was quick and professionally assembled ensuring that it was in the proper location of my choice.
